    I loved it at first now it doesn't dock appropriately and the wheels are coming off too easily. Doent get the corners well.

    Haven’t been able to get a full clean out of it yet. Continually having error messages about hair in the sensors and need to clean. I have cleaned inspected and no hair or debris found. I am looking to either teturn or exchange it.

    I love Shark vacuums, this one is much more expensive and yet still cannot seem to “see” things in its path. I also have a less expensive one, they seem to be very similar so I am not impressed. I would recommend going with the lower priced model that has the auto emptying feature. Unfortunately, I do not see much of a difference and this one is more expensive.

    this is the best thing I have ever bought. It saved me from getting a cleaning lady. Vacuuming is especially hard on my back. Very easy to set up.

    This vacuum is terrible. We had a Neato before and it cleaned really well but would get stuck more often than the Shark, probably due to the D shape. However the Neato did a great job of picking up dog hair on our carpet. The Shark doesnt pick up any dog hair on carpet, we might as well not have it vacuum the carpet at all. Also the app is terrible overall but is also ignoring the no go zones in place. Overall we are extremely disappointed especially since it was twice the price of our old Neato.

    It’s an upgrade from my eufy robo vacuums. It does a fairly good job but some dog hair is missed and keeps inserting itself in between the space between the clearance of the table and the floor.

    Worked great for a week. I tried to change WiFi networks and now I have an expensive paper weight. I have restated the router the robot the phone tried different phone and every time it says incorrect WiFi password I can’t even get it to reconnect to the previous network. Customer service is a joke the person could barely speak English and was just asking for all my personal information
