    It’s an upgrade from my eufy robo vacuums. It does a fairly good job but some dog hair is missed and keeps inserting itself in between the space between the clearance of the table and the floor.

    Worked great for a week. I tried to change WiFi networks and now I have an expensive paper weight. I have restated the router the robot the phone tried different phone and every time it says incorrect WiFi password I can’t even get it to reconnect to the previous network. Customer service is a joke the person could barely speak English and was just asking for all my personal information

    Did a great job when it worked, 2 times, stopped working and shark did not respond and Best Buy well it is no longer returnable. Terrible prodyct

    I got this to replace an old Deebot I had. This is way more noisey and doesn’t have smart features to prevent it from going off steps. Mine fell into my shower and sucked up a bunch of bleach cleaner (I left the shower door open while I was cleaning and left the room momentarily and it found its way in there). My Deebot never did that. It’s also very made of very cheap feeling plastic. Would not recommend this vs other brands.
