Did not order open box

I never got a chance to use it because I sent it back I will be re-ordering another one hopefully it will not be an open box product.

I keep receiving error messages. When I try to respond to them, whatever the message was doesn’t apply. I have an appointment next week for a service tech to come back out. Maybe it needs to be remapped or it could just be the unit from hell as it has made my life miserable.

Disappointing

Scheduling is awful and it refuses to let me chose a setting. It just automatically comes out on "normal" or possibly even "eco" mode because it's definitley NOT max. Way too much random weirdness with this and it's not my first Shark but it is my last. At least my handheld has held up... this thing is a nightmare. Any honeymoon phase you have with it will quickly wear off.

Great until it died after a week

Once you have generated a map of your home within the app you can schedule a clean of the entire area. If you wish to clean a certain area this cannot be scheduled at this time, we would suggest utilizing the app allowing the option to choose UltraClean for a multi-directional cleaning path that will target a single room or zone. A rattling noise may be caused by something in the roller and we would suggest to remove and clean debris. If you require further assistance, our Robot Specialists are available at 1-888-228-5531 Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST, as well as Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
