It does not detect objects and getting caught is a bit of a headache.

I mean it works but mostly just blows and displaces the dirt sometimes.

I had high hopes for this one based on reviews. The robot would not perform the initial mapping of my house so that i could use it. So after countless attempts and almost 2 weeks to get it to do the initial map and 5 or 6 case numbers and calls to NinjaShark company I gave up and just returned it.

This product is horrible, I missed the return window or it would have been returned to the store. Always gets clogged or the brush gets stuck.

This is probably an unfair review but: It seems like a great idea if you have the patience to get it all set up. I consider myself pretty tech-savvy, but this thing is over-the-top. We tried to use it but the difficulty we had setting it all up and programming it was way more trouble than it was worth, so we ended up returning it.

This is the latest robot vacuum from Shark and probably the best I have ever owned. It is a powerful vacuum with sleek design and loaded smart features. The vacuum was very easy to setup. You need to download the SharkClean app to control the device, modify settings, creating schedules, and for voice control setup. The initial run is more like a setup run where it does not clean but maps your entire place using laser object detection. You can define no go zones for the vacuum to always exclude certain areas. Make sure to fully charge the vaccum before you start using it. The expected run time on a full battery charge is around 2 hours. The included base acts as a charging stand as well as a bagless dirt disposal with HEPA filtration. You only need to clean the base when it is full, which according to Shark is around 60 days. The robot vacuum comes with 3 suction levels and even in the powerful suction mode (UltraClean mode), the vacuum is quiet and not too loud. The robot is able to navigate around any obstacles and goes to hard to reach areas and clean easily. Overall, this is an excellent robot vacuum cleaner with added features that I would recommend if you are in the market for one.

Not good for homes with large dogs with a large amount of hair. Does a good job otherwise.

Purchased and Received this through Best Buy and their Open Box shop. I ordered this in “Excellent” condition according to the website. Received the item quickly thanks to UPS. When I opened the box and examined the vacuum and contents, it came to my surprise just how much this Vaccum and it’s contents weren’t in “Excellent” condition. The filters on the vaccum with clogged and full of dust/garbage. The filters in the station were even worse condition. The vaccum was covered in dog hair inside and out. I am returning this to the store.

Runs into walls and doesnt clean well at all. Could be better.

Worked pretty good at first. Then all the nitpicky issues started and had to keep signing into the app. Did not map entire home. Now it won't map at all after several reboots, deletions and start overs. Yes I did all the trouble shooting. Went from being named Grandma Shark to PieceOCrap. I have only had it less than a month. Read the Amazon reviews same issues.

Looses suction after a year even with new filters and parts. The vacuum navigates with the WiFi, however after a year or so the WiFi part stops working and won’t connect anymore. So it now does a bunch of circles and has a hard time getting around. Huge waste of money for a piece of junk plastic. My neighbor got one too and it drops the WiFi and just runs into walls. Pick the iRobot instead!!!!!

Returned this item next day. Cleans well, but is loud.

One of the brushes broke off fairly quicky, I do like the product and it eases the amount of sweeping i have to do for my hardwood floors. Wish I could set up multiple times for the vacuum to be programed to run.

Cheap material also too expensive not mopping options

Worked great until one day it got a bumper stuck error. Have taken it apart cleaned everything and done everything as instructed and nothing works. Now it's just an expensive paper weight. Should of stuck with Eufy as my old Eufy still works without issue in the other part of my house.

Could not get the system to work with my Wi-Fi. Did all that was suggested by was no help. Unit kept telling me I was giving it the wrong password, 17 times. Just took the unit back and got a completely different unit. Which by the way had no problem connecting to my WiFi.

It doesn’t clean well . Always stuck somewhere and not worth the money I spent . Not recommended to buy this brand
