Won't clean beacuse it says dust bin is not installed, when it is properly installed. Cleaned all filters. Only way I can get it to work is to take the bin out and put it back in and start it which defeats the purpose of being self emptying. My Eufy vacuum worked much better, will never buy Shark again

I recently purchased a Shark Robot, and while it initially showed promise, I was disappointed when it stopped working after just 4 months of use. To make matters worse, the customer service experience was abysmal, as it will take a lengthy 3 weeks to receive a replacement. I expected better durability and quicker support for the price.

Never thought i would have robotic vacuum in my house. It Does a good job. Did get hung up once on a throw rug. Would like to see it spend a little more time along the walls.

I would rate the technology even lower but I feel that wouldn't be fair given all of the furniture and area rugs I have. Regardless, it gets stuck so many times, I always end up getting out the manual vacuum.

I had the Shark - Matrix Plus 2in1 Robot Vacuum & Mop with Sonic Mop and unfortunately broke. I replaced it with this junk. The mapping on it doesn’t work as good. You setup no zones and still does whatever it wants.

I didn't even have carpet, just hardwood floors and it didn't pick up anything really. It just pushed things around.

Not worth it. I had an older model and got rid of it because it didn’t clean well. I got this one believing what it said on the box, that it cleans everything, even the air. It’s not truth. It’s the same thing but more expensive. It doesn’t clean the corners nor suck dog hair and dust.

Loud, always bumping in to things, stool chairs with flat bottom round floor chair leg. Vacuum has a lot of trouble with those legs and makes loud noise. Ot gets stuck there just going around and around…

Have not had this for a year yet and it’s already making loud noises and is not doing its job properly! I have looked at it and I have always cleaned the filters!

I was unable to use this item because I do not have high-speed Internet. It had to be returned.

I love Shark products. I have the shark mop that works like a dream. Our Shark robot was horrible from day one. It wouldn't stay connected to the wi-fi then it kept sending messages that it was suck when it was on the doc. Very disappointed...

I've used the Shark for the last couple of weeks now, and feel qualified to leave a review on it. I have had two other robot vacuums in my house over the last few years, one from an extremely well-known manufacturer (rhymes with zumba), the other from a slightly lesser-known manufacturer (has 'bot' in the name). The Shark tops both easily. Here's my plusses: - Amazing battery life. The Shark can vacuum my entire house without having to recharge. I've never had a robot vacuum able to do that. My house is 2300 square feet. - Really good mapping. This can be hit or miss sometimes, but 90% of the time the Shark goes where I tell it to. I have 7 rooms. Sometimes I'll tell the Shark to clean the den, which is the furthest away from the base, and it goes to a different room for a few minutes and wanders in there before eventually leaving and heading to the den. Kind of weird, but for the most part it does get where it is supposed to go. It sometimes just takes a convoluted route to get there. - Auto empty dust bin. I had this on one of my other vacs, and it is sooo much better than trying to hand empty the vacuum. The auto empty feature is nice and quiet too. On one of my other vacuums, when the empty function kicks on as it connects to the base, it sounds like a jet engine taking off. Not so with the Shark. It is low volume and doesn't scare my cat. - The Shark doesn't get stuck on stuff, and doesn't smack into things. Maybe it's the LIDAR navigation. Whatever it is, I approve. My other robot vacuums would bang into everything and sometimes get high-centered or stuck on cables. - The Shark itself is quiet. I'd say half the volume of the very well-known manufacturer's robot vacuum (remember, rhymes with Zumba). I don't have to turn the volume up on my music or TV when it starts running its program. A minus: - I only have one. I don't feel like the Shark has as good of suction as my other robot vacuums. I've noticed it does sometimes leave behind debris that didn't get picked up. I don't know if that's why it is able to stay so quiet, or it really is not quite as powerful, but sometimes I have to send it back into a room because it didn't get everything picked up. The Shark has become my robot vacuum of choice. So much so that I have away one of my other ones and I'm going to sell the other at a garage sale. The price is quite good and the value is excellent.

We purchased this machine eith high hopes yesterday. First of all, please include a full manual or access to one. The next thing I wadn’t able to link it to my wifi. Called support, looked online for every bit of ingormation out there. No luck. Then we realized after 6 hrs it was not charging. So today we return this brand new machine and give another one a chance. Wish us luck.

Doesn’t map the house properly, can’t find the dock. I robot is so much better

Did not vacuum well. Constantly got stuck. Cleaning map did not work.

shark aI ultra 2in 1 mines keeps saying check for obstruction or clean the bin. I’ve taken apart the full vacuum cleaned everything out still saying the same thing. This vacuum is garbage not worth the money

Best buy sent a robot that had been registered in 2022 & it has been nothing but a headache getting situation resolved & refund for extended warranty I purchased

The shark is awesome . It learns quickly and does a great job. Makes cleaning so much faster and easier.
