Was very skeptical on purchasing a machine that vacuums your house when you’re not there!  After purchasing the robot vacuum was very impressed on how much it does pick up. Had it scheduled two times a day when I was not at the house. Only thing I need to do on the weekends is get around some of the edges and mop unbelievable pick up virgin would recommend this to anybody in the family.

Worry-free, cleans thoroughly. Send it on its way any time you want or create a schedule. Clean the entire house or just one room. Its all up to you with the convenient app. I was concerned about it handling the cat hair, but works like a champ, even emptying the bin and going back to continue.

I had been eagerly waiting for my old Roomba to give out so I could invest in a new robot vacuum. After some research, I knew I didn't want a combo mop and vacuum, so I settled on a specific model. I first picked one up in-store, only to discover it was used, prompting me to return it. I then ordered another one for home delivery, but it too turned out to be used, leading to another return. Finally, I found one at a store near my home, made an exchange, and eagerly checked the box to ensure it was brand new — and it was. I brought it home, and to my delight, it mapped my small (minus the bedrooms) home in less than 10 minutes and got straight to work. It's incredibly quiet, and I absolutely love this vacuum. Despite its price, the efficiency and smart features of this robot vacuum make it completely worth it. BE SURE YOURS IS NOT USED.

Well i can tell you that my wife just loves this thing. It works great and have had no issues so far. Best mother day gift ever. I would definitely recommend one, especially if you have pets.

The Shark Robot is very easy to get set up and running. The app and robot connect to your network with ease and then it goes on a short exploration mission and maps your rooms very quickly. The app is very easy to use and you can send the robot out on Eco, Normal or Max clean modes. The higher level you give it the faster it uses the charge but it has great battery life so we do not hesitate on using the Max setting. Regardless of which mode we use, my wife’s favorite part about the robot is it does not get hung up on any of our kitchen rugs! One interesting thing we have noticed that we haven't with other brands is the robot goes back to base about every 30 minutes to empty instead of waiting for the completed mission. No harm in it, just took some getting used to as the first time we were scratching our heads thinking it was done already? What is great about the base is it does not use a bag so you save money there just emptying the can and cleaning the filter. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 as its pretty quiet but it seems like we are sacrificing some suction for that quietness. It still does a good job and is great at getting around and covering corners but we do find some things occasionally not sucked up on the kitchen floor. All in all though we are very happy with this Shark robot on hard floors and carpet.

So i purchased this unit in November of 2021. It died in November of 2023. It would run for a few minutes then stop and make an alarm sound. The laser was clearly messed up as it was bumping into things erratically. I called Shark this November for help and the individual i spoke to was amazing. We went through troubleshooting, and in the end he said it needed a new laser base. Even though it was past warranty, he said the part was on back order and would contact me once it was ready to ship. Fast forward to January, and I've heard nothing in two months so I call again. This guy was terrible. He told me that part couldn't be replaced and that a note on my account said i was told to call back for help.. which I was not. He told me it wasn't under warranty so I was basically out of luck and he kept repeating that. So I'm pretty disappointed a $500 machine didn't last 2 years, and apparently cannot even be fixed. So no more Shark for me. Good job guys Things I didn't like about the robot but overlooked until this: 3 cleaning intensity levels but you can only change them from the app, not on the machine, and your choice doesn't stay active next time you use it. The app is not good- the connection to the robot lags. It cleaned fairly well while it lasted so that's a plus.

This is my favorite Vacuum because it has a self empty base , I don't have to go and empty the vacuum after every single use anymore , But I will say it's sort of loud but manageable. It really only matters that it's doing it's job which it does perfectly.

This was an early Christmas present. I love it. It's very helpful for us as we have 2 small dogs, 1 27 yo African gray, and 70 yo ourselves. Great help to us. Everyone needs one.

This is by far one of my best purchases. I go to bed at night and when I wake, my floors are dust and debris free. My carpets have visuals vacuum lines that demonstrate that my shark has done its job.

Leaves my floors very clean. Love it! It doesn’t bang into the walls like my old robovac did.

Great Buy! Works well, no issues linking the unit to our wi-fi system. It's made a couple of walkabouts through our lower level and does a good job with plush carpet (not too long) and tile floors. It's really getting to know it's way around!

Pretty good cleaning easy to set up. Love that it can be controlled all on the phone.

Love it and saves me time! It does very well with pet hair and needs emptied less than expected.

Great while it lasted. This one made it about 2.5 years. Not too bad but these are not inexpensive machines for most people. Wont replace your proper vacuum but it really helps keep the floor clean longer before you need your 'real' vacuum. Be sure to disassemble it to clean it carefully especially if you have animals. Eventually you'll get the dreaded Error 18 side wheel error and no amount of cleaning the wheel assemblies will get it working again. Buy on a good sale not full price. Going to try another brand next.

So i got my self emptying shark after my neato died - it has been worming decent - I genuinely love my other shark stick vaccum - so. This work really good for about a year- then it started to not work how i wanted it to - if i said do a room it would do the house - if i wanted matrix it would just clean vice/versa so i finally had time to sit and look st it - figurd i could easily download any updates - wrong - i had to call a tech - ok fine - they said why haven’t u updated - i said i never got any nktices updates were available- told me since my 1 yr warranty is up i mow have to oay another 50$ for firmware updated - ( im 2 months last my 1 year) so i asked when was my last update - somce they can see all of this - they day i first got it up and running lol - and two momths after my warranty SIX updated ate now avail that i habe to pay for ver convenient that no updates were available for a whole year but all the sudden when im over a warranty six all the sudden show up - never lnew id habe to pay more to keep the vacuum i already paid for working - i will no longer be buying shark this is just greedy
