    vacuum works great, BUT the filter in the vacuum cannot be removed, you have to purchase a new dust cup in order to change the filter

    Hair seems to clog it up quite often. Also lint stops up inside the cleaning head. Also making a clicking noise after about 4 uses. Not sure of the problem.
