Really great vacuum. Note that we have purchased with the tower and self clean option we can’t go back. Needs cleaned often. Meaning the roller gets human hair wrapped around it and out needs maintenance. It is however easy to clean.

I'm giving this model a 5-star rating over the immediate past model which I used for about two years before getting this one. A reason for the rating is the new laser technology that allows this model to map the entire home with the least pass I have seen since I started to use robot vacuums. The older version only successfully mapped after hugging to outline the walls perimeters across the entire house. A second reason is that this version has not been running into objects while working. The older version seems to be aware of objects only after running into them. A third reason is that this version works better with the app than did the older version. I'll also just add this last one that it looks better too. Of course there's additional new features on this model too, but the more important ones to me are those above.

This vacuum does such a good job keeping our carpet clean. We empty the canister every 3-4 days typically and we see just how much the vacuum pulls on a daily basis. It's also very quiet, much quieter than a traditional vacuum and most Roombas as well. Would definitely buy again and I very highly recommend this for anyone who has carpet in their home!

Great Product especially if you have dog. Helps keep the dog hair down to a minimum. No problem going over tile wood flooring and carpet. Easy to set up and schedule Shark.

Only took 10 mins to scan our 2400 Sq/Ft ranch home when we first set it up and it has been doing an excellent job vacuuming the house. It sweeps well over our linoleum, carpet, and area rugs and even leaves nice lines in the carpet like a mowed lawn. The Shark picks up just as much as our Dyson vacuum. Well worth the money, we are extremely happy with the unit.

Surprisingly quiet. Seems to do adequate job keeping up with pet hair though it does need to be removed from the roller once a week. Easy enough to do but took a bit to figure out that’s what the error was about. I like it enough though that I bought a second one for the downstairs.

Really good vacuum if you can catch it on sale. It does a great job mapping the areas in the house and has options for different fan speeds as well as various cleaning options. The bagless self empty base is an awesome feature that makes cleaning super easy.

Love this robot vacuum!!inhad an older version that was “okay”, but this version is fantastic! The mapping is very precise and does a great job cleaning.

This vacuum served as well for at least a year. Overall, it was worth having, but there were improvements that could have been made. There were times when it did not pick up debris, and this vacuum was not very good at picking up and sweeping corners or along the wall. My biggest complaint is that it stopped working after a year and a half! If we are going to spend hundreds of dollars on something like this, it should last more than one and a half years. I know it’s not for sale here at Best Buy anymore, but if it is elsewhere, I don’t recommend purchasing this one unless you are willing to purchase another new one in one and a half years.

Love it!! Gets under the beds where my big vacuum can’t go! Need to make some adjustments to my Wi-Fi in order to get full benefit of mapping. First time through it emptied itself a couple times (collected a lot!) and now 2-3 times a week everything is looking great!

What a fantastic vacuum! Very easy programming includes perfect mapping, depth of cleaning modes, Alexa control, scheduling, specific jobs… great on bare floor and carpet! The bagless dust bin is well designed and saves you $ on buying bags. We’ve run it everyday for a week and no hair wrapped on brush roll. Pet hair has met it’s match!

Good vacuums however the white one has two brushes and I think cleans better. Love the self emptying aspect

I love this vacuum works amazing on carpet and floors this is my third robot vacuum previous was Neato brand top of the line this works even better also having it empty itself and return is amazing nothing gets wrapped in roller bar I would buy again and again don’t hesitate this is an amazing vacuum.

Excellent vacuum, great pick up and love thee self emptying, and docking when finished. Having it lets me concentrate other tasks during the day.

Absolutely outstanding product! We have 5 cats and a dog and have it set to go out every day in the morning. I don't know where he finds all of the dirt every single day but he does and he gobbles it up like we forgot to feed him. The self emptying feature is phenomenal, we can't imagine life without our newly adopted Cyclone Tyrone.

Best AI Robot vacuum ever !!! Buy this unit ! You wont be sorry !!! Vacuums up hair from several dogs and then self empties , then goes right back to work until the battery is low !! Ahhhhmazing machine !!

Runs great. Picks up great. What is a bit annoying is that it consistently runs over the electric cord for my recliner and gets tangled. Not good for the vacuum or the chair. I have set the boundary in the app for it to not go to that section of the room, but it still does every time. Other than that highly recommend

Works great and maps out house amazing! Just need to check it ever now and again for hair getting stuck in the brush but other than that every time I come home the floors are clean and nothing is catching on our feet haha

This is amazing! It works perfectly with washable rugs and jute runner rugs. I run this once a week and am always astounded by how much it picks up. I share a large apartment with my small dog and my floors stay immaculate. I love how it maps out my place and covers every square inch. It’s so smart with the self-docking and self-emptying features. Don’t know how I lived without it!! I have recommended it to several friends and family members because it’s just that good!

Love the full control of map. You can set no go zones and rooms. Its easy to use and set up. Best feature is the name generator on the app.
