Great vacuum when it works

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've never spent this much on a vacuum and I was disappointed when the brush roll stopped working less than a year after purchase. Shark doesn't have the greatest customer service. They barely cover anything for their 7 year warrenty. It was a great vacuum until it broke.

Need strong wrists

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent a lot of time researching vacuums and this one seemed to have an excellent combination of features and price. On the rare occasion when I use it I love it. Does a great job cleaning. Unfortunately, my wife is the main user and the easy side to side motion (easy for me) is hard on her wrists. She has talked about replacing it almost from the start.

Shark doesn’t stand behind the warranty

I purchased a Shark vacuum a couple of years ago and the flexible hose leading from the brush-roller to the main unit broke. When i called in for warranty repair i was advised the part was not covered under the 7 year warranty and i would have to pay $95 + shipping for the part. This is not acceptable.

Bummed!

However the two rollers are great, and the suction was outstanding!! I love how quickly one can change tools and move to other features. It just not durable on the outside!

Versatile Vacuum cleaner

It has many multi functional features, alergin reducing filters, easy to empty with no bags needed. Has multi-attachments if needed. Light weight easy to maneuver and just an overall well built vacuum cleaner!
