My first steamer was a gift. I used it a lot on kitchen floor and 2 baths. I do not have wood floors only carpet. The one I just purchased is so much better or improved from the first purchase. I cannot comment on how it does on the wood but for my use it is excellent. And very reasonable priced. Love it!!

I had the Oreck Steam It before this and the pump went bad so I decided to try this one...definitely not as good. The steam doesn't come our strong enough to barely wet the pad. Don't feel like my floors are getting very clean. I'll probably sell it at my next garage sale..back to ORECK

Bought this one first and was not impressed. After using for less then a week the steam only came out one side.

Had to return to Shark because it would not heat up enough to steam

I bought this on a deal of the day for $60. It's very easy to use, cleans very well, and is pretty skinny so it's stores in a small space. So far everything is working the way it supposed to.

This was really a valueable steam mop. I bought this for my wife and she loved it so much. This made her less time for cleaning the house. Thank you Bestbuy for good products!

I had an older version of this item, which did not have steam control knobs. I think this is better for the average homeowner with different floor types. I have only used it twice but I like the new scrub feature for the kitchen floor. My older one started to have some problems generating steam and was just out of warranty, which is frustrating, but with this on a one day sale and as I like it for cleaning kitchen and tiles, I was willing to buy it again. Could not give 5 stars since I do not know how long it will last.

Can't say enough for how easy it is to use. Tile floors clean and dry in just a few minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this steamer after installing new laminate wood flooring in the house. Works great for cleaning them and the tile floors.
