    This vacuum is awesome. It detects whether the floor is carpeted or smooth and adjust the roller. I haven't used just the handheld part but really don't see it being bad in any way. And the best feature is that when I put it on the base it empties itself. The only thing I would change is for it to have a larger bin on the vacuum itself. Although that is not necessary.

    Ive had this vacuum for a few months now and I genuinely love it. Yea the battery doesn’t last crazy long but it does the job. I love that hair doesn’t get wrapped around the brush

    It works great on my hardwood floors. It’s quiet and doesn’t freak my cats out. It has a light on front which is helpful in corners. No more holding my breath while emptying the dust. It’s automatic! Worth the money.

    Had 2 dyson cordless stick, and then I purchased the Shark clean and empty stick vacuum. Best purchase I have ever made…the features are everything I needed to use every day. If you as the customer. Is undecided look no more the Shark is what you need
