A: I have had my vacuum for nearly one month. We have a medium haired black cat and I vacuum up a lot of hair off of the rugs and floor. It picks the hair up very well - mine included. I first cleaned the dock at about 3 weeks, as we live in the country and our cat is indoor-outdoor. Also, my husband doesn't take his shoes off after out cutting wood, etc, so I usually vacuum once a day. I am very satisfied with this vacuum.
A: The dock dust bin holds up to 30 days’ worth of dust and debris. Empty the dock dust bin when the dust bin full indicator light comes on. To remove the bin, lift it out by the handle. To empty the bin, hold it over the trash and press the release button on the side. The bottom will open to release the debris.
