It has weak suction, smells terrible even with the self-emptying feature, and if you’re short and right-handed, the airflow blows directly into your face—disgusting. I’ve owned cheaper $80–$100 vacuums that worked far better. I usually love Shark products, but this one is a complete dud. Do yourself a favor and choose a different model.

Convienent and quick usage with maximun suction of cleaning of dust and debris. It was as easy as 1,2,3 to set up and put on the charging Dock for the night to fully charge before the first use. I first used in Auto Mode going from the livingroom carpet to the kitchen hardwood floor and the auto adjust from Magenta to Blue color is really cool. The Shark Stick Vaccum is very light weight and and moves across the carpet so effortlessly in quickly picking up dust and debris. You can toggle between Eco, Auto and Boost selections but Auto does not work in Boost Mode. In Boost Mode that I will be using for the bedroom in hard to reach underneath the bed places where dust gathers a lot. The Handheld Vacuum is an extra bonus to have with easy access that includes detachable Service and Pet Multi Tool. The Shark Cordless Stick Vacuum Auto Empties immediately and sucks the dust and debris from the Vacuum Stick as soon as you place it back on the Dock dust bin. Once the Stick Vacuum is empty it starts charging back again. I just love the simplicity and power cleaning all packed together in The Shark Cordless Clean & Empty Stick Vacuum plus Empty System.

We have a defective part, which they acknowledged. But, not surprisingly they don't have the part in stock. So I can call in a month and follow up. They will not do any follow up nor send it if it comes in. Plus, because there is only a 90 day period for free shipping, although I've called within the 90 day period I will have to pay for shipping if it comes in later than 90 days. It cleans well but this type of customer service is not something I will deal with again.
