The best vacuum I have ever owned. It picks up so much hair and it doesn’t get wrapped around the brush rolls thank god! In a house with two girls and corgi that is amazing! The suction is fantastic as well!

I love this vacuum! It propels itself and takes out the "big effort" to push it over high pile. I also like the automatic adjustment from carpet to flooring. It does a great job! Money well spent.

Setup was a breeze right out of the box—no complicated instructions or tools needed. As soon as I started using it, I was impressed by how well it cleaned. I could actually see dog hair being pulled in from several inches away! I normally dread vacuuming, but this one was almost fun to use. Within just a few minutes, it had picked up a surprising amount of dirt. One of my favorite features is how it tells you when an area is clean. That way, you know when to move on and when to keep going over a spot—super helpful and satisfying. Yes, it’s a bit of an investment, but the quality and performance are absolutely worth it. You really do get what you pay for, and this vacuum delivers.

Assembly was easy and fast! The vacuum has good power and works well on a variety of surfaces. It is a little heavy and at times tough to maneuver, but some of that is because of how strong the suction is to the floor. Easy empty and the tools work really well!

Excellent vacuum that has a minor flaw in the tools falling off frequently. The vac picks up all debris easily. It took me a few sessions to get used to the varying motor speeds that change with the amount of dirt being picked and if you are vacuuming along edges. It is heavier than my last vac but cleans more thoroughly and no hair is caught in the rollers!

Fantastic product!! Easy to ise and lightweight. The lift away comes in crunch for crevesses and steps!

I really love this vacuum. Shark is my go to brand for vacuums and the DuoClean is one I had an old model off (it still worked but the hose got holes in it from my kids). I didn't want to replace since it was so good but this one is just as great and the odor neutralizer is a huge plus!

The sensors that pick up in the side next to the baseboards are great. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and it is amazing at picking up pet hair off of the rugs and solid floors. The suction is very strong. It has been a great purchase no complaints so far.

I bought this vacuum at such a great deal! Unfortunately or fortunately my friend was able to fix my current vacuum so I’m not able to try it out or take advantage of the great today only deal I got. Oh, the return was the easiest return ever! Thanks Best Buy!

This is a wonderful vacuum. We have multiple animals in our house and lots of hair. It is easy to maneuver and very strong.
