This is our first new vacuum in n over 15 years and this thing blew our mind. We had a Shark before but this thing is next level. If you live with girls and have a problem with hair on the carpet or hated cutting it off of the roller on the vacuum, this is your best friend. Very powerful but even better the hair does not stick to the rollers! Trust me, just buy this thing!

I really love this vacuum. Shark is my go to brand for vacuums and the DuoClean is one I had an old model off (it still worked but the hose got holes in it from my kids). I didn't want to replace since it was so good but this one is just as great and the odor neutralizer is a huge plus!

Absoulutly the best vacuum I've ever bought, every thing about this vacuum is excellent, does more that i expected, vacuumed the day before with a vacuum that quit on me halfway through a room, and used this to see the next day on that supposedly finished half, and still picked up a ton of stuff out of the carpet that i thought look and felt clean

The sensors that pick up in the side next to the baseboards are great. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and it is amazing at picking up pet hair off of the rugs and solid floors. The suction is very strong. It has been a great purchase no complaints so far.

I love the Shark brand and this is no disappointment. It’s super easy to go forward and feels like a regular vacuum going backwards because of the suction. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats but with these bells and whistles you can’t tell.

I bought this vacuum at such a great deal! Unfortunately or fortunately my friend was able to fix my current vacuum so I’m not able to try it out or take advantage of the great today only deal I got. Oh, the return was the easiest return ever! Thanks Best Buy!

Very powerful suction. Handheld tools work great on couches and dog hair. I didnt think I’d care too much for the front lights but its one of my favorite features now. Attachment holders dont to the best job securing but overall great vacuum.

The vacuum is easy to use. I love the light to help me see the debris on the ground and the feature that makes it self-propel. I also like the debris chamber being clear. It makes it easier to remember to empty it.

Cleaning ability, maneuverability very good. Light weight and detachable bin design very good.

Great suction. Leaves carpets looking new and refreshed. I own a husky and this unit picks up any and all hair left behind by my Dyson.

It picks up dirty/hair really well. We haven't noticed the roller getting clogged up like the previous generations. So that's a huge plus. We purchased this after our old Shark vacuum stopped working. It's a little different to get used to but overall much improved. I still wish the modes switch was on the handle but that's not a huge deal. The unit seems a bit larger but overall is lighter. It's actually a little too good on suction and some of our area rugs I can't use on anymore because it gets stuck in the roller! It's still great for carpet and hard surfaces though.

Overall this vacuum has me amazing. Unlike my stick vacuum, it doesn't suck, because it actually sucks! Lol. I feel like the sensors need to be cleaned a little too often for my likely, but overall I love this vacuum! I will not that the pull is pretty strong on carpet so keep that in mind if you have arthritis or something along those lines.

I love this vacuum! I have 3 dogs. One is a husky and the other a German Shepherd both heavy shedders. This Vacuum cleans deep and leaves a fresh smell every time!

The best vacuum I have ever owned. It picks up so much hair and it doesn’t get wrapped around the brush rolls thank god! In a house with two girls and corgi that is amazing! The suction is fantastic as well!

Great vacuum! The suction is strong. I dont have to push, it pulls you forward and pullback is easy. Way better to me than the dyson stick vacuum
