    This dryer is really heavy and so is the cord. I tried to get used to it but could not. By the time I had given up it was past the return date. Now I am out over $200. Will not buy a shark product again.

    Had to replace the Dyson after two years! It was a nice dryer, but at that price should get more than a little more than two years! The shark is just as good only quieter.

    I’ve had this for a while now. I have long hair, bottom of my back. I can dry my hair in less than 10 minutes with this. Little to no frizz. Great purchase

    Very disappointed in this hair dryer. Using the brush is awkward. Actually made my hair frizzy. Not at all what I expected. For the price I would have expected more.

    Good airflow. Limited choices on air control. The electrical cord is so thick that it’s hard to handle the only place I can see this being useful is in a beauty salon.?

    I purchased it in late June 2022. It worked great. It was powerful and dried my thick hair quickly. Fast forward to January 2023. I noticed it wasn’t drying as fast. Now it shorts out after 5 minutes and pops it button causing it to turn off. Note, my ground fault is not tripping. I would expect a $200 Shark hair dryer to last longer than just shy of 7 months.
