    This is the fastest dryer and it leaves my hair silky. This is usually impossible for me because I have wavy coarse hair.

  • Stopped working after 2 months; bad customer serv.

    While the hair dryer itself was quite good, ours stopped working after two months. It would just stop for no reason and would take 5-10 seconds to start again. Shark customer service is terrible. They did ultimately approve a warranty replacement after some video chat troubleshooting, but they make you cut the cord before they’ll order a new one. And then after a week with no shipping notice, I called and learned they were waiting for me to send the old one back. No one ever told me this nor gave me instructions on how to send it back. After another 55 minute call, they finally made an exception to get a second one ordered for me. Should’ve gone with Dyson!
