I hooked up the Shark the other night and downloaded the app. It cleans very well. I have emptied the trash container a couple of times. So I know it's picking up.

Great entry-level robot vacuum. We have one dog that sheds quite a bit and running this a couple times a week helps cut down the amount of fur. This doesn't have all the bells and whistles of its much more expensive counterparts, but for the price you can't beat its performance and features.

Was curious how it would do and have been impressed so far. Floor has never stayed so clean. Vacuum loves to fight some of the smaller areas rugs though that are on hardwood floors. It tends to move them around a good bit. Works great though! Did lose the wifi connection once and had to be reset, but that is a pretty easy fix.

I like this way better than my Panasonic. It definitely cleans and I’m surprised every time I see how much dirt it picks up. Very satisfied.

I guess I expected to much out of this. Don’t get me wrong. It work great i just thought it would be something fancy

I've had top of the line Roombas and I prefer this little hot mess. Its got almost no real intelligence, but it rarely gets stuck and the power is surprising. It just randomly bounces around and cleans very well. I got it on the black friday sale for like $150. Completely worth every penny.

I personally feel thst buying a robot vaccume cleaner without a true mapping is not worth it. This is simply an entey level cleaner and does not follow any patern for cleaning abd bumps into furniture ans walls. I will not recommend it even if you get it for $100.

The app took a little time to connect to WiFi but overall it is a nice machine.. quieter then my old Bobi. Seems to clean just as well.

I love my shark, i have wood floors and 2 dogs so there is usually grass all over the floor this time of year. But I have not even had to think about it with the shark. I set the schedule and it runs while I am at work.

Bought open box, the product was dirty. Also, I requested return immediately there as received. The employees there at Best buy outlet asked me to come back in 3 hours. It takes few hours for the data come to system @@. I brought it to best buy next door they were able to make it work immediately

Works fine. Sometimes it gets lost and doesn't always listen to Alexa

This little thing is a tank! I love it. Works so much bettet than my previous one. The multiple brushes and suction are PLUS

This thing is a tank. It may not be as flashy as the other brand but it out works it and cleans better.

Had it for less than 24 hours. Kept bumping into walls and couldn’t find the charging station. It did have great suction, but because it does not have mapping ability, it just randomly rolls around. It didn’t sense my cats food dish, and like a monster truck, it backed up and drove over the dish. Had to grab it and clean it out because now it had wet cat food in it. Brought it back for an iRobot Roomba 960.

This vacuum is amazing ! It picks up dirt and dust you never even knew you had ! It takes awhile to clean the whole house but doesn’t bother me since I can let it run and do whatever else I need to do ! I would buy it again and have already recommended it 2 people!

I’m so glad I purchased this. He does get stuck on my rugs every now and then but all in all he’s my little helper

Bought this for my folks to use at the lake house last year. They have hardwoods, tile and low pile carpet on the various levels of the place. They love it and even said they might get another one for the upstairs "since it hasn't learned how to climb the steps yet..:)"

First purchase made on Black Friday. The last one for a great price. No longer need to worry about scumming too much. Touch and goes on its own to places. Especially in my carpet only apartment and wood kitchen floor.
