it cleans and moves well but service is awful' have been on hold forever and when i finally got through they didn't know how to advise me so said a senior tech would call back--they never did; i also emailed them with my issue and they never replied. Will see if geek squad can help otherwise return unit

Does a great job. I am having a hard time with the app however.

I've always wanted a robot maid to help with the tedious chore of sweeping behind my 70lb German Shepard. This Shark Robot does the trick! Easy to setup... plug in the home base in a clear area, attach the two included brushes (second pair included), download the app, connect to wifi, and off she goes. It signals a beep to let let you know it has been activated and begins traveling around the house. Very quiet vacuum noise and if it goes a distance from where you are you will not even know its on and working. It has three different settings of power for the vacuum, eco, normal, and max. I leave it on the normal setting because it has quite an area to travel if I let it run the entire house. It does a pretty good job of picking up the dirt, dust, and dander from my dog in the area it covers. It is noticeably cleaner in the areas hit by the robot..... only downfall is when it gets into areas like the dining room where there are several obstacles, it has a somewhat difficult time finding its way out although it does with time. The other drawback is it has a difficult time finding the home base if it has traveled a distance in the house, although I am told that can be remedied with an additional base placed in another area of the house. I plan on either getting another base or just purchasing a team robot to help out. It is fun to watch it clean at first, but then can become frustrating watching it struggle to find the home base or not even make it to all the rooms. Overall a great product for help around the home.

Works very good. Only complaint I have is not very consistent patterns.

Should have bought one of these years ago. I have a single level place and I just make sure I have the doors all open and it takes care of very room and when finished it goes back to charge itself. Love it.

Great product. Have been using it for 2 weeks now and love it. I don't need my old upright vacuum anymore. The price was very good too. Very happy with this purchase.

Cut down my daily sweeping and vacuuming! Now I only have to do a deep clean once a week! This small Shark pics up EVERYTHING including pet hair!

Hard to setup. But it works well. Beware the wifi setup with android phones.

For the first week this shark did a great job but then kept bumping into things and stopping. Had to find it and start it back up again. Was very easy to setup. Took awhile for it to map the house. After 10 days we returned it and got a Shark - IQ Robot Self-Empty XL RV1001AE. Almost the same issues with this one. It worked great in the first week but then it started bumping into items causing the sensor on right side to jam. This caused the shark to just stop. Had to find it and restart. After two weeks we returned it. We loved that this was a bagless self emptying device. I believe it's a good product just need some more tweaking to the technology... Could also be a little user error on my part as well.

I HATE HAVING TO CLEAN UP DOG HAIR, FOOD STUFF AND, PAPER ON THE FLOOR, LITTLE BITS OF OUTSIDE DIRT TEND TO HURT BARE FEET IN THE MORNING. THE SHARK HAS DONE WONDERS THANK YOU BEST BUT AND SHARK

Nice vac just kinda dumb when it comes to finding its home to charge

This has been a time-saver for me. I am a busy single mom to 3 year old twins so this has been amazing. The twins will even clean up their toys to be able to push the vacuum button!

Bought this as a gift. The recipient loves it so far. She says it takes a bit of time to get it familiar with the areas that need attention but now that it has, it does a nice job.

It works pretty well with any phone and it also cleans well.

I love this product but wish I would have purchased a product with more features. Sometimes this one goes over the same areas and never touches other areas in the home. Still recommend

Roomba vacuum is good for start but in time you’ll see those doesn’t keep track of where they are cleaning. Shark Vacuum does keep track of each part of the house.

Very accurate and easy to clean. Holds battery well as well.

This is by far, one of the best and most convenient purchases ever!!!! My new best friend saves me so much time. I love how is gets in all the crevices without a hassle.
