After a couple of days use, its good, not excellent. Seems to clean well, but when you want it to go back on the dock, good luck! Will update if it gets better.

I bought this for my cousin and she loves it she said it’s easy to used and she doesn’t have to worry about messy floors

I’ve only been using this for a few weeks but I’m in love! He’s super quiet, I can run it while everyone is sleeping and he hold a lot! Great purchase so far!

This thing is sooooo bad. 1. It gets itself stuck in tight areas and then tries to get out by hitting the object, spinning, then hitting the object again. 2. Constantly get errors preventing it from running more than I actually get to run it and now after a thorough clean it won’t run. 3. Always hits its docking station so instead the station being where it was before the clean I find it somewhere else or flipped so the robot can’t dock and charge. Overall a complete waste of money and def not worth the hype.

this is an amazing little machine. Our floors look amazing. I can't help but smile as it vacuums under our couch and entertainment system.

Truly impressive vacuum cleaner. Does a great job of cleaning. I have set mine to vacuum twice a week. It always manages to pick up substantial dirt.

I love thia product it works great my floors stay so clean it is crazy to wake up every day to clean floors with 3 dogs

My wife kept it and didn’t return it so I assume it’s good. The one time I saw it used it almost sucked the curtains down because she hadn’t set up the parameters

I purchased this item for a friend for her birthday. She has ceramic tile floors and she is very glad to have added this to her home.

This is pretty cool, that’s what my kids told me. Hehehehe it’s a big help also while I’m doing my laundry, shark is the one cleaning the floor.

Works great. Dog hates it but i love it. Picks up the dog hair around the house so i dont have to.

Does a great job cleaning up the pet hair. I love that it sends me notifications if something is wrong with it.

Had 3 Roombas before I bought this Shark. Works better and costs less. Even goes on to area rugs Roomba never did.

This is a descent robot vacuum. However, no mapping on this model, so it goes anywhere and everywhere.

Love this little bot. Good price for the work it does. I have a small apartment with no edges, drops, stairs so it does wonders for me.

It does a good job of sweeping. I use it on my hard wood floors and it gets most of the small debris and hair on the floor. I still have to sweep and/or vacuum in corners. I have it run 3 days a week. Easy app setup.
