    I received this as a Christmas gift from my kids. It was wonderful and worked pretty well. Around mid March it stopped working. It would run for about 20-45 seconds and then beep like something was blocking it and stop. There was nothing in the way. I diligently cleaned the debris after each cycle. I changed the filter. It just stopped working. Then Covid hit a week later and everything shut down and there was no store to take it back to. I tried once stores opened back up but now they state I have owned it too long for a return, exchange or refund. So I'm stuck with a useless vacuum that cost too much money for a mere 3 months of use. Reading other reviews I see others have experienced this same problem. I picked the shark brand because I trusted it. But now I'm not so sure anymore. I'm completely disappointed.
