It is great. Love this so much I bought one for my mom

Not so good compare with other brand’s I was disappointed.

I bought a Shark Robot Vacuum Cleaner and it really takes vacuuming to a whole other level. I turn (Wally) on and he just keeps going until I dock it. He cleans very well and now my floors are immaculate and the nice thing is I don’t have to lift a finger. I’m in heaven!

Works great and the kids and the cat enjoy watching it.

Bought this vacuum for my wife and she loves it. Less sweeping and vacuuming for her now. Just wish sweep against walls and corners better.

we are happy so far wheel has started to squeek but other than that works great app is not the best

Good strong vacuum with a good quality brand. the app could use a little work since there was several lags between my commands and the app.

Cleans well but will not sync with internet even after talking with customer service.

This product definitely picks up dust and particles. The issue was that it would skip sections and do certain sections multiple times.

A little bulky and can get stuck under furniture at times but overall very pleased with it.

Works great for the price! Note: I got it on sale for 50% off. Amazed at how much dirt it gets every day. If it starts having issues check the roller and side sweepers for hair. Pretty easy to remove and clean them out. We've had it for several months and still running great!

We have 3 dogs at home and with all the fur they loose it was the perfect buy. It doesn't pick up large items but it does the job.

If you own a pet, buy one of these. Seriously. I've don't the challenge with "anti-lazy vaccuum" people. The sharkbrand speaks for itself and I prefer it to roomba 100% (unless it's the bougie one with the bin). The house learning is pretty good too. Great for anyone with pets!

For the price couldn't beat it! Pick up a lot of dust and dirt we don't see on our wood floors. Supper happy with this purchase.

Good vacuum for the price…does require a lot of emptying if you have a pet that sheds but besides that 2 thumbs up

I turned the Robert on before I went to bed, I woke up in the middle of the night the Robert vacuum docked itself and changed back up. I woke up in the morning it was right back to doing its job. I never turned it off so it keep right on working through the night and changing itself. The house looked amazing.

Works good so far! Picks up a lot of dog hair my dog sheds , just after a month the only thing is the wheels are starting to squeak but just needs some lubricant. Other than the vacuum it works awesome.

Good while it lasted. No other complaints other than the battery lasted one year. Wont recharge

So we had bought a Shark but after a couple of days the wheels started squeaking. I had the total tech so I was able to return it for full price Worked great until then. We've got a shedding dog.

Works amazing only thing is it has trouble to dock when I press the dock button on the app and on the actual machine
