Bought for my wife and she loves it she sets time for it to go and she just can relax and chill now!

Cleans really well. For my first robot vacuum, I am pleasantly surprised!

This is a good vacuum robot, I like it. I will recommend this machine to friends and family.

I had been curious about robot vacs for a while, but was on the fence on pulling the proverbial trigger. When I got the chance to get this little unit, I had to check it out. I gotta' tell, you I'm glad I did. On arrival it was well packaged. Unpackig was standard fare. A couple slices with the handy Spyderco Paramilitary II knife and we are ready to unpack and assemble. At this point, my 17 year old son walked into the room and with the excitement of a tech-geek 17 year old, he took over. Within just a 3 or 4 short minutes, he had it all plugged in and ready to go. We let it charge for about 3 hours and loaded to app. App set up was simple and straight-forward. We started to mess around with the little robot and I gotta tell you this little thing works great. We have 1900 sq ft on our first floor with about 1000 sq ft being hardwood and tile. We also have 3 dogs... We have had it set for the last week to go off for an hour a day and set it up so it's limited to just the hardwood and tile. We are impressed with what a great job it does at keeping dog hair managed on the hard surfaces. At the end of the hour, this little guy is smart enough to find its way home and dock onto the charger. I have to note, it has averaged docking with around 54% battery remaining. Impressive. One important note, this is a robot so its collection bin is small, at least compared to a full size vac It does need emptied after each run, but that is a simple 30 second job. It also has a small filter that I would recommend being cleaned about once a week, but even that is less than a 2 minute job. Well worth the trade off for a fire-and-forget robot. End of the day, cool little unit and its quite effective on hard surfaces. I can not comment on its efficacy on carpet but I would imagine it would certainly be suitable. I have no problem recommending to a friend. Great little robot vac!

Purchased as a gift for my SIL and she likes it. It can not work as 100% replacement of deep clean by traditional vacuum but good for in between cleanings.

This was my second purchase of a shark item. I owned its predecessor, and it was a great product. Unfortunately, the issues that accompanied the older model, have remained the same (or even become worse). Simply put, if you have any intentions of using this via Wi-Fi, get that thought process out of your head. I am technologically advanced, and I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to recognize the shark product. Connection between the shark and phone was flawless, but, also useless if you cannot connect the shark via your router! An absolute joke. Move on to the iRobot.

I love it! Its made my life easier. I have a dog and it picks up all of his hair.

I haven’t used the WiFi setup yet, but it is great for picking up dog hair on automatic mode.

Ir works well. I wish it were bigger. It's cool that it goes under furniture.

We bought this for my mother in law for Christmas.

I just recieved this item yesterday from the mintue I received the vaccum I wanted to set it up. And that is where my biggest problem is setting up the app. The sharkclean app doesn't connect to anything and I'm very very disappointed espically with the price of this vacuum. At this point I'm ready to return the item and go back to using a broom and I had the vaccum less than 24 hours . I purposely bought this item so I can set times and scheduled cleanings but with a app that looks so simple doesn't work at all. Also, onto another point I'm very disappointed on how the item was shipped. They literally slapped on a label on the orginal box and shipped it without any packaging or without any box. I'm very disappointed and my item could have stolen, espically when it's just laying outside and the delivery man didnt even knock so it was left outside for hours..

Good quality for the money. I like that you can run it from an app.
