Omf the best thing since sliced bread! I have a family of 6 with 2 dogs and cats. This AI vacuum has felt.like I have that robot maid on the Jetsons!!

Works great! Time saver when you don’t have time to sweep,and get into areas you can’t sweep.

While this was a great vacuum, it lacked support for our 5ghz wifi network so we couldnt control it using our connected devices. Returned and picked up an iRobot variant

I had a Neato and bought this shark to use downstairs and put the Neato upstairs. This shark is horrible. Won’t work with the app. I try to start it and dock it with the app and it won’t do anything just beeps and says communicating. Once I push the button on the actual machine it goes for about 2 mins then says it’s bumper got stuck on something I go find it and it’s just sitting in the middle of the floor not stuck on anything. Won’t go for more than a min or 2 before it gets “stuck”. Taking it back tomorrow to exchange for a Neato.

Just ok. Doesn’t want to clean my kitchen. Simply misses lot of debris and may or may not come back unless done forcefully. Will return it.

I’m glad I chose this one. So Many brands to choose from. It ran perfectly and went back to the charging dock when needed. I recommend this to anyone. Stacey

Love this particular model as it comes with the magnetic strips allowing you to control where you do not want it to go. It is also very quiet

Works perfect as it should out of the box. A map on the app would be helpful to see if it covers all areas since it is a random pattern.

I'm really happy with this guy. It actually gets my hardwood floor cleaner than using both a broom and swiffer.

This was the best decision we made to get the i robot for the house. It works great with wifi and it's an easy set up even with the app

Bought for Xmas gift for mother, She really likes it. Since she has to stay at home due to Covid stuff it gives her something to watch.

No WiFi connection, but docks everytime. Does catch on shoestrings, fringe on rugs but that is no problem.

Don’t bother Bought this to replace a well-worn unit from another manufacturer. Poor cleaning, loud, HORRIBLE at navigating my home. The only way I can imagine this unit working effectively is if you set it up to only run in a single room without a single obstacle. Everything causes problems with this vacuum. It will find its way into a room, and then run for hours and hours around that room, seemingly searching for the exit, until finally the unit runs dead. Usually end up following it around with a broom

I've been using this daily for the last 11 months, I didn't expect it to break within one year. It was used for minimal duties, just 3 small rooms mostly to catch cat hair and while it worked it did wonderfully. What died on mine were the charger pads, not sure if something got loose during one of its runs but I can't get it to start again after 2 weeks of browsing forums/other things to get it going again. Like I said, great vacuum while its working... just really didn't expect it to last only a year, to put it in perspective it did 5 1 hour runs a week, giving it a total life of around 250 hours... so not worth it in the long run.

Great Black Friday purchase. Bought this as a Christmas present for our daughter! Can’t wait for her to use it.

We previously had a roomba, and decided to buy this because it was cheaper. Wish we would have bought the Roomba. The suction on this is sub-par. I will buy another roomba and try to resell this one. Save yourself the trouble.

Great little vacuum does the job well! Named it Bruce. So it is like a pet that cleans…which is always nice.
