I found the material to be very useful. The product was capable of cleaning out fast areas and maintained a very good level of proficiency from its entire use.

Love this little guy, i set him loose when i head to work and when i get back the floors are nice and refreshed. We nicknamed him Ark. I do wish it had a larger compartment for debris but that's because he picks up so much cat hair. Our kitty sheds a lot.

I love this little machine. I have it set up to work automatically everyday at 9pm. I can also turn it on on the app if I'm not home. It doesn't get heavy stuff, for example, I have bunnies and it won't get big pieces of hay, but it gets all their droppings. It's been working great and the battery lasts a pretty long time. I have a small apartment and it cleans all of it in less than 1h20 minutes. Like I said, dont expect it to get bigger stuff such as paper, big chunks of food etc. But if you need an extra help this is totally worthy it!

This vacuum cleans my carpet and wood floors extremely well. It does a better job than my old one of a different brand. For some reason, I have not been able to get it connected to my Wi-Fi yet but I'm sure I will eventually get that figured out! There would be 5 stars except for Wi-Fi issue.

I love my Shark!! It is surprising how much dust and pet hair it picks up each day - so it is clearly doing a great job! I think the suction on this is better than my normal vacuum and it gets under couches and beds easily. This model does not learn the layout of your space, but I haven't found that to be a problem, It runs each day at a set time, and I'd guess that it gets to all areas of the house every second run. I had no problem getting the wifi to connect and I like the schedule feature on the app. I'd definitely recommend this model!

Easy to operate and gets the job done, i have no complaints at all.

I started my robot vacuum experience with a Bobsweep, worked great but it was,,, well very delicate, it would break very easily, I was buying replacement parts, sending it back, just a pain. Replaced it with a shark after almost 2 years and very happy! Much tougher design, cleaning is simply and no hassle. Only complaint versus the bobsweep is it doesn’t seem to really map what it’s cleaning, just kinda muscles it all till battery is lol then docks, but in long run is a much better product.

It works perfect. It does the job. I am so happy to have this robot vacuum.

This is my second shark and it dies the job. Perfect if you have pets , it gets all the hair off the floor.

We had a roomba for almost 3 years, it was given to us as a gift and needed a major replacement that was on back order. So I ordered this shark for the in between. What a downgrade. The app is HORRIBLE and rarely works to connect, then at random times it will send a delayed signal and start cleaning. Like 2am, when you tried to send it out at 9am the previous morning. Alerts are horrible, the shark starts beeping but the app delays telling you why. 90% of the time, its the front bumper getting stuck because it bangs into items. It is quiter then the roomba thats its only plus in my opinion.

Although this unit does not have much "sucking" power (low air flow) it is surprising how much debris it picks up. It fills the dirt collection hopper and dirt accumulates on the filter screen very quickly. I use it as a topical cleaning device for my carpeted areas, as the main cleaner on hard surfaces. Run time is very good, and the auto docking station is a plus. I recommend this unit as a positive first robot vacuum.

Love this vacuum!. Runs for about 3 hours. Picks up pet hair, kitty litter & many crumbs!

Very happy with the vacuum. Easy to run and clean. Keeps my house looking great.

It doesn’t have room mapping. It kinda just randomly goes around the room; but is picks stuff up. I upgraded to a model with room mapping when I realized I was out of the return window.

This product is really good and easy you use, plug and play, easy to assemble

It became evident after the first run how much we needed this. With two pets, it helps keep up with pet hair and incidental crumbs. We set it for late at night and it doesn’t bother us as we sleep. I do wish we could program the pattern it runs to ensure it covers the whole area. Would definitely recommend for a middle to large living space.

This vacuum cleaner gets the job done and for the price this is good buy. Navigating through obstacles is a bit tough compared to other brands that actually map your house. Generally not too bad for the price.
