This vacuum cleaner gets the job done and for the price this is good buy. Navigating through obstacles is a bit tough compared to other brands that actually map your house. Generally not too bad for the price.

It became evident after the first run how much we needed this. With two pets, it helps keep up with pet hair and incidental crumbs. We set it for late at night and it doesn’t bother us as we sleep. I do wish we could program the pattern it runs to ensure it covers the whole area. Would definitely recommend for a middle to large living space.

Pretty fking amazing. I have a short haired dog and she sheds like crazy and so does my hair lol, every time I clean it out there’s a whole bunch of stuff it picks up. Besides the fact that it bumps into every single thing and gets stuck on fluffy carpets it really has saved my cleaning.

I previously owned one of the older IRobot vacuums. It finally died and I went without for a while. I purchased this specifically for under beds in the bedrooms. It does a great job and runs much longer than my old vacuum. I would highly recommend it. It is much easier to empty and clean.

Bought one for me and a gift. As I usually say, I may have sent the review too early, but so far we like our robots. Remember, this is a battery operated vacuum that does NOT have the power of a standup or in-wall unit. It does miss things, it is not designed for a baby to spill a bowl of Grain Loop Cereal and have the robot eat all of it off the floor. It is a supplement that can pick up some loose particles, dust, hair small debris in between cleanings.
So for that reason, even though it picks some really odd paths to take, it DOES fill up the waste cavity fast. So it works. One bit of advice is that the unit slowly will bump into furniture, so if you are paranoid of scratched or small dings after repeated hits, try to put a cloth or thin foam over the bumper area and it shouldn't prevent the redirection from the hit, which is what it is designed to do.
Also value wise, this model must be older and was on a great Black Friday sale, so see if you can get one with coupons or sales only.

Works better than I thought and goes over tile, wood and carpet. It just has a bit of a hard time finding the base when it’s done cleaning. Other than that I am very pleased with this

This is my third vacuum robot I have purchased and it is by far the best one yet. The other two were from a different brand. This little vacuum is like a four wheeler! It rolls over all types of tile and carpet with ease. Cleaning it is very simple as well.

Two stars because it does pick some things up. I’ve had this vacuum about 2 years. It -kind of- cleans up dust/debris, but pushes aside quite a bit. It’s less than 2 years and the suction motor failed. I’m not spending an hour with tech support to shell out $50 when I can just buy a better one.
My rant aside, I usually vacuum with a full sized vacuum every few days and this runs maybe twice every 1-2 weeks.
My honest experience - the programming on this model is the best thing going for it. It’s responsive to commands and takes its time cleaning.
The brushes and roller push more dirt away pretty often. I don’t use this much and didn’t expect much, but with minimal use for less than 2 years and the motor fails, while providing sub par cleaning.. its bottom shelf at best.
It’s a super lazy bat-a-leaf-out-of-the-way device. Again, just my experience.
Anyway I’m shopping for another brand. Shark makes a great standing vacuum but really, spend the extra couple bucks on something else. It did get old watching it go straight at some lint on the floor only for it to be shoved away over and over.
Again - just my experience. The first few weeks were fun but but yeah don’t buy this. I have hardwood floors, I vacuum as often as possible and mop soon after, pass on this amigos.

I’ll give it a 4 star because it works about as you’d expect from a robot vacuum. In my experience, all of them get lost, all of them get stuck under couches/chairs, and all of them scare your dogs. I love the “MAX” feature as I think this helps get a little deeper into carpeted areas so you can see the lines from where it’s been giving the peace of mind that you know it’s working. The app is a great idea but having some issues with it always connecting.

Bought as a Mother’s Day gift and my mom loves it. It has no problem going from the wood floor and climbing onto the carpet and vise versa. Hardly makes any noise, and picks up tons of dog hair. Returns to its dock on its own when told to on the app. Hasn’t really gotten stuck much. Does what it’s supposed to.

First robot vac I've had. I have a bad back so thought this would help. Kind of disappointed that it can't be controlled via a remote or my phone. It also misses spots and need a lot of assistance to get it to change couse to get it to do all of the floor. Cleans ok but cleaning dirt and hair out of the unit after it is done is quite a process. Not as convenient as I'd hoped.

I like this product. It cleans very well. My only negative about it is it sometimes gets stuck on the corner of rugs and other things. It doesn’t always get itself free.

I bought this as a gift for my oldest daughter. She is a mommy of 3, 3 and under. Her hands are full and her floors are always a hassle for her. She has all hardwood floors except in the bedroom. Now in her busy schedule, floors are no longer a worry and it has taken a lot of work away from her daily life. They named it Tony Shark. Tony does a great job! He does all of the floors, carpet and hardwood. They said they think he actually does better on the carpet. My daughter has the app, so she runs it whenever they leave from her phone. It took about a week for Tony to learn the map of their house, but now he does great. It takes him about 30 minutes to cover approximately 1500 sq feet. He gets the edges and corners well. The only thing he doesn't get well is chalk dust. The have a chalk wall for their kids and the dust that falls, he doesn't get well. Other than that, they are thrilled with their gift. I should mention that they have 3 children and one cat that sheds a lot. No dogs. They only have to empty the container after each day and she runs him twice a day. She said the battery only goes from 3 to 2.

This is my second Shark Robot and I can't think of enough good things to say. It does exactly what I need it to do. It won't replace standard cleanings but helps maintain my carpets between my regular vacuuming. It is also quite quiet and does not bother the pets.

I’m not sure if 4 stars is generous or if maybe it’s just me. I like the fact that I can use the app and set it to clean but after about 3-weeks, it has issues literally everyday even if the vacuum tray is empty. It also seems to only stay mainly in one room and ALWAYS spends most of its time stuck in one of two corners. At this point it’s more of a nuisance and I wish I had spent a little extra money for a higher model.

Well, it’s pretty cool and does pick up crud off the floor even across varying surfaces. That is cool. Only issue we had was setting up the connection to the app to control the unit. That did not go well at all. Kinda gave up on that so if that was / is important to you, I guess you’ll have to try and make the choice to keep or return. I kept since it works okay without control from phone which would be nice. Maybe someday.
