Works good but parts often have to be replaced. Besides that it's a good little robot.

Basically love this vacuum- my only issue was with the WiFi. I struggled getting it hooked up to my WiFi- tried all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. After hours I gave up! Weeks later I tried again and got it connected. Who knows! Wished there was also a non WiFi option. Cleans great and even when I was using it manually (non WiFi)

With much trepidation we purchased “sharkey” and have been quite pleased. It was easy to set up and handles three transitions from hardwood to Persian carpets easily. We thought it was a good value for the features.

My god pain in the b*** have to clean and empty it alot, gets jammed easily, cleans up floor but sense it the cheaper model you're going to have to use a good vacuum from time to time don't go cheap with that, get a better robot vacuum

The robot has worked flawlessly so far and it allows my mother to multi-task as she gets work done around the house. Highly recommend this since it is at a more affordable entry level price and still good quality.

Cleans very good. Sometimes has troubles going back to the docking station

Cleans car hair like crazy. I am always amazed at how much pet hair and dirt this little machine picks up. It’s a sturdy vacuum at a reasonable price.

Love my Shark Vac! Love the way you can schedule cleaning times through an app on your phone. Quiet, and thoroughly cleans. Has a Max setting that also works to clean very well. Very happy with purchase.

This is my second robotic vacuum cleaner. Affordably priced. It has a comb-like brush at the bottom and works perfectly removing pet hairs from the carpet.

Amazing little guy for the price. Great starter robot vacuum. Perfect for hard floors. Does pretty great on a couple rugs that is like shag carpet. Again for the money is great!

I love this little robot. It does seem to get lost from time to time, but all in all a great device. I love that it cleans so well and on a schedule.

Does what its supposed to, workes well in a small room not sure about larger spaces. Does occasionly get stuck but a little work and its good again.

After reading reviews on several products for several hours, I chose the Shark R76.. Immediately after opening the box I found that the magnetic strip and spare air filter were not in the box. I figured someone removed them for themselves... No big deal. I just want to get this puppy going. I can get some more later on. Setting it up was a breeze. Getting it started was extremely simple. The lists of positives notes goes on. But... There is a quality defect with this unit which has absolutely rendered it just about useless and a huge pain in the rear to utilize. The front bumper will jam when pressed into the body at certain angles. The unit sees this jam and stops. It happens over and over and over again. There is no resetting it until I physically pull the bumper away from the body and get it going again.. Just to have the same issues again 15 minutes later. This machine is going back to Best Buy. I'll update my review after getting a replacememt.

At first worked great. 6 months later, it will not connect to app. We reset the vacuum, with no luck of connecting.

We got this on sale or we wouldn’t have. Pushing a vac is fine, just tedious. Really nice to schedule this to run overnight. Sets up simply, has extra brushes and filter included. The barrier strip is much better than the invisible fences in my opinion. Cut a strip of barrier and put it on the floor, no adhesive and it can be moved. We have a large open floor plan. This model does NOT map the house or clean in a pattern. Totally random, any direction. We pick up all chairs and move small cords as it will get stuck. Wheels are big enough for a medium threshold. Only complaint is it only runs 1 hour which doesn’t deplete the battery. Schedule only allows one cleaning per day. So I schedule it before midnight (11:59pm)and again at 1:30am for 2 hour cleaning per night. It does find its home and charges after cleaning as described. Watch it work for the 1st hour to get an idea how to ensure it’s efficient success.

The robot does alright doing what it's supposed to do, however it would not connect to WiFi. Neither at my house or my parents' house. I'm not sure why and couldn't get help to fix the issue.

Named it Jeffery ! It’s the best invention ever until he gets lost under something. Cleans good picks up dog hair like no other only complaint is it gets full quick

This is an ok device, you get what you pay for. $$$$
