Does a good job with pet hair. Getting it to charge can be an issue when it gets lost and battery drains.

Bought this to replace a more expensive bot vacuum that stopped working. Price is good. Works well but no obvious clean pattern.

It does the job, but it bounces around everywhere and has no sense to how it cleans. For the low cost, if you manage your expectations, it is worth it.

One of the best cleaning investment I've made. It's very convenient, not too loud and does its job. The only reason it does not have 5 starts is because it's started to make squeaky sound when cleaning (had for over 6 months) and it does not do the corners. Also not too easy to find parts

my regular vacuum is on it's last legs, so I finally decided to get one.. I was blown away by the performance of this little monster!! Did a better job that my normal one.. In my opinion, anything Ninja is top of the line, this just proves my point. Being able to schedule cleanings is an awesome feature, also. It almost never gets stuck (one time in the first month) & if you're like me, you want to know about the sound level... Very quiet, near silent.. I love this thing!! I have had to vacuum since I got it. 10 stars.

I had the previous version of this vacuum and it works well but it’s pretty obvious shark just made a few tweaks and bought less expensive components for the vacuum. No complaints from me as it’s a solid vacuum for our house

this is definitely worth it....packaging was pretty good. Used it in the first day. very quiet and the vacuum really works betther than a roomba.

Love this little guy. Works like a charm and does some nice cleaning in between main vac days. We have two dogs and this works well with them.

I purchased this on Black Friday and have used it a few times so far. It gets a little confused about its path when it runs into my furniture. It does a pretty good job, but I’m not sure I would use it to 100% replace standard, thorough vacuuming.

I've owned two of these type cleaners. This by far has been the most mobile. It works really good on carpet. It does okay on hard surfaces. It would benefit from a sweeper attachment (probably comes a higher trim). I like it. It does well at its price and what it said it would do.

Very good vacuum, it got so much dirt and cat hair out of our carpets and off our floor and we are clean people and vacuum regularly with our regular vacuum but this just does so much better and covers everything

Really does well adjusting to multi surface and picks up a LOT more than you think you have on the ground! The dog isn't over fond of it.

I bought it for Black Friday sale. I tried it out for my wooden floor and it did what it was supposed to do. Easy to use and does a decent job picking up dust/dirt. However I ended up returning it only because it was something we really didn’t need it.

Are use my shark every day, and absolutely love it. I named my Papi Chulo because it helps me clean up after our dogs.
