Don't purchase if you're looking for an alternative to vacuuming, this is for areas that a vacuum can't get to, under the couch, under the bed and great for hardwood floors.

I like that this model runs quiet and you can carry a conversation without raising your voice, most robot vacs run loud. It also has two side brushes vs one; as well as a comb that protects the main roller from long hair tangles. It's great for home, apartment, or college dorm.

Vaccuum is great if you have pets to help pick up all the pet hair. Wouldnt rely on it as your primary source of sweeping

Seems to do a good job on hard floors and short carpets. Only thing missing is navigation but does a decent job with bump and run. And the best thing is you don't have to vacuum!

I love having this little vacuum, I come home to a clean house everyday. I love that I can control it through Alexa and from my phone when I’m not home. I can just click on the app and tell Harry to clean right before having guest come over, just to freshen things up.

Robot vacuum exceeds performance expectations. Vacuum transitions from rugs to hardwoods without issue, finds its way between obstacles easily and has only gotten stuck on one occasion. If considering the purchase of a robot vacuum, I highly recommend this model.

I bought this for a house with hardwood floors and two cats. What a wise decision!!! The battery life keeps it going for over three hours, it mapped the house great, and with the magnetic tape I can block the areas off without having to close doors.

I was skeptical at first because of some of the reviews but it works just fine. Just make sure you clear the area of obstacles prior to starting the cleaning.

I absolutely could not love it more. I connected it to my alexa so it so convenient- especially if you have the app too because I can turn it on while im at work or set up a schedule for it to clean. It is also so super easy to clean to machine!

It cleans good but had problem marking its territory the first time. The second time I started the robot it forget it territory. Once it started cleaning it would go over the same spot over and over> I would have to move it so it would go to another location. Mfg needs to update the software for the robot to do the job correctly. I named it Sammy after my husband because he never liked to vacuum either.

It’s too small, I didn’t hold much but it’s okay for a small house.

This thing is wonderful. I have it set on a schedule and it's nice to come home to fresh carpet lines and realize you have one less thing to do. I still have to do the stairs by hand, but a lot of time is saved with this vacuum.

I have it programmed with my phone I tell it to clean and it does a great job. I need to move the chairs add of the way because it will get stuck going back-and-forth between the legs on the chairs. Other than that I have no complaints.

The Shark vacuum has been my best buy ever. I use it daily, and it always manages to pick up the cat hair from my wood and tile floors. My floors feel so much cleaner than when I used to Swiffer them. I even walk barefooted on them now.

Bought the shark to help out in the house between cleanings since we have a boxer and he sheds like crazy. This thing works wonders and saves so much sweeping time. We have it set to do its rounds everyday for an hour.

Wife loves it! App is great and easy to use. It does get stuck sometimes but the included strips help to keep it out of the problem areas

Does a very good job, works on tile, hardwood and carpet cleans every square inch. Have been using it for a couple of weeks now and am very pleased. Don't know how I got along without it before. Easy setup.

This vacuum has been a valuable gift to our home. It has not let me down yet. Easy to use and it’s easy to empty out. Highly recommend this vacuum.

Love the Ion robot. Amazing. The only mark against it is that it does not seem to map the cleaning area but it is efficient and effective.
