Works great! So nice not to have to vacuum anymore!

I would probably give it a 4.5 if that was possible.... so far this has been a great purchase - does all that it said in the reviews and much more powerful than expected. We are always amazed when we clean it out and see all that it picks up. Hope it lasts a long time.

Having 3 dogs (2 which are Labs) and I have a 10 month old daughter who is crawling everywhere! The shark is great at getting up all the hair and those tiny little things other than dirt so my daughter doesn’t get it and put it in her mouth. Who has time to vacuum with busy lives??? One of the best purchases Iv ever made!

Works real well for pet hair and on hardwood floors!

I was impressed with the cleaning ability and power of this robot vacuum.The run time is good and it does not slam into objects,slows and bumps them gently.

Was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised how well this works. It will get stuck on carpet from time to time, with hardwood floors it does a great job. Bought on sale and have no regrets.

Not the greatest robocav. Seems to get stuck and make faulty noises. Probably wouldn’t go with this again.

Great product for the price. Seems to clean thoroughly and not miss much. Does get stuck occasionally so I have to listen for its distress call.

Christmas present for daughter who has 2 dogs and a cat. She loves it. It picks up lots of the animal hair. Has it return to the dock and it is ready to go the next time. Recommends that you be home when using for kitchen and bath because it can get trapped under the cabinets.

I rarely see reviews after a year of using a product so here it goes. This has been working great for 13 months now without issue. The shark is cheaper than the iRobot we had and has lasted longer with fewer glitches. No need to go back!

I was amazed at how much it actually picks up. Didn't think my floors were that bad but every time it gets full and have to empty. Amazing how it finds all that dirt.

I would not reccomend this product for anyone with a multiple room floor plan. Suction power is decent, but the random paths this vacuum takes was not efficient. It maybe cleaned 40% of our house. Traded this in for a Neato D7. The shark has a good price point compared to other products, but you will pay for what you get unfortunately.

We bought this for my mother in law and she loves it. We had bought an iRobot 690 when it was on sale and we wanted to buy another for her, but the Shark was on sale at the time. We made the purchase and it is definitely comparable to the iRobot.

The vac works great. You would not believe how much dog hair remained in the carpet after a regular vacuuming. We turn it on before going to bed and in the morning the tray is full and it has returned to its charging station. Clean the tray out and go again....

It did vacuum well for the pet hair I had... wall edges were so so, but the deal breaker for me was the app... I was able to pair the vacuum to my wifi via the app with no problems but the app would then lose communication with app instantly... scheduling never worked because of this, and I couldn't kick a job off via the app ever as well. Ended up returning it for a Neato D5 and it's doing quite the job for me!

Overall a good vacuum works great for a studio with tiles. May be hard for your vacuum to get around if you have area rugs. But overall a good product.

Bought it to keep my hard floors free of dust. The shark wanders around using sensors and reaches all areas of the house. Will sometimes get stuck on small carpets but overall does a great job vacuuming. App works well and also works with Alexa.

It is really expensive but it is so worth it. I haven’t had to use my regular vacuum since I bought it. The app is great too. You get notifications every time it gets stuck, can set it to start manually or go to the dock, and you can set a schedule

I loved this vacuum so much. I recently had a house fire and lost it but ordered the new one that has a 30 day bin. Totally worth the price and is easy to set up. Replacement parts are kind of expensive and best buy doesn't carry all of them.

We have two dogs and three cats, it picks up an extra animal every time it runs. Does a pretty good job of picking up the hair. Wife likes the hair.
