Extremely disappointed in this product and will be returning it as soon as possible. It seemed great the first couple of days; it cleaned well and even worked with Alexa. I was disappointed it didn’t have a remote but figured the phone app would work ok. Unfortunately the robot simply doesn’t stay connected to Wi-Fi. On top of that, when it loses connection it must be completely reset, which is a giant pain. If it came with a remote for functionality without Wi-Fi I could wait for a software fix—but it doesn’t, so as it stands it’s useless and will go back.

This boy is pretty good. The only thing i have with it is the sensors on the front is not working like it use to. So now it bangs off the walls and stuff.

Runs a little over an hour, picks up a lot of dirt, easy to remove dust bin, vacuums randomly and obsessive compulsive with vacuuming under furniture.

Great little vacuum, app was easy to use, I have 5 dogs, worked great at keeping the hair vacuumed up with vacuuming once a day, alerts for being plugged, wheels jammed, front bumper stuck. Started out very quiet the started getting louder as time went on, changed front wheel, cleaned out several times, but could not get him to be quiet again. I used for 8 months before taking back to best buy for repairs.

would recommend to a friend. Best buy price matched and I got an even greater price. My husband even uses it on the floors when I'm at work

I had owned a robot vacuum aprox 10 years ago. Yes experience back then was very disappointing. This tile around I really like the product. Definetly “smarter” than before and more powerful. Glad I decided to try again.

I wish you could choose a specific room for it to auto vac. Also it needs to do more of a pattern and less zig zag. Overall I'd give it a 7 out of 10

I really like my Shark Ion Robot app controlled vacuum. I use the app to schedule it to vacuum the carpet! Its very efficient and very convenient!

I bought this for my downstairs that is all wood floors and a couple of rugs. It does a great job and is good at getting around the house.

It seems simple to operate, just had it installed today. I like its pace and movements and how it goes back to reboot!

It does what it says it suppose to do, overall a good cleaner.

My shark ion is great. It picks up so much. I was skeptical about robot vacuums until I tried this one. It does a great job of finding its way around and doesn’t struggle on the rug. Overall a great product

My Shark Ion worked great cleaning up my dog’s hair and any other small debris around the house for the first three or four months and now it can’t even complete one room without stopping in the middle of the floor.

I love the regular shark vacuums. This one is ok. It gets stuck under the sofa and edge of the dish washer. It will try to eat socks. Just imagine a toddler using a vacuum. The dust bin is small. Sometimes the little feelers that pull dirt to the center get tied up. Think we got this on sale so it's not a total loss, but it could use some upgrades.

Cleans randomly - no pattern but able to set boundaries with magnetic strip - very quiet. Set schedule on app. Still need upright to vacuum more in depth but great everyday maintenance or quick spot cleaning

Friends told me how great a robot vacuum was but I waited too long. I researched and found the perfect one. No more cat hair on this wood floor house of mine (not even under the sofas)!

This does a good job at cleaning however the clean paths are random.

Not quite strong enough This vacuum could not leave my area rug had to take the vacuum off the rug to get it to work then it wouldn’t go anywhere near the furniture legs and could not get back on the rug wasn’t worth it took it back

This works like magic. We program to clean in the overnight while we are sleeping and wake up to no pet hair on the floor. I like it so much I bought a second one to run downstairs.
