The Shark - ION ROBOT™ 750 is a great device to help keep your home clean. The best part about it is how easy it is to get started. I have had my eyes on something like this because I am always busy with work, so the Ion Robot 750 helps me accomplish part of my chores for the day. It's a compact device that doesn't take up too much space in your home. The docking/charge station takes up the most minimal of space in your home, so it can be nestled in an inconspicuous area of your home. What I enjoy most about the Shark - ION ROBOT™ 750 is the ability to remotely control it from pretty much anywhere. The setup is extremely easy to get your ION ROBOT up and running via an app that you have to install. It's a simple step-by-step process that can be accomplished by anyone. Once connected, you are able to set cleanup scheduled and remotely access the device from anywhere. I put it to the test and laid out some cereal bits to see if the Shark - ION ROBOT™ 750 would clean it up. It did! I am really impressed at the suction power that this little device has. The batter life was enough to clean my living room and dining room together. I would in a full charge the battery can go for around 35 minutes, but that's in a room with pretty thick carpeting. This thing also knows how to vacuum around things. I can now vacuum under my bed without having to move things around. Vacuuming my home has never been this quick and easy. I really recommend the Shark - ION ROBOT™ 750.

I love the sleek design of this vacuum but honestly it does not compare to other models. The docking never works and it always gets stuck on transitions. I expected more from the Shark brand.

We purchased the Shark ION 750 and had a lot of trouble keeping it connected to WIFI. Called customer service and found the ION had the latest software and was referred to the support supervisor. We setup a time for them to call back the next day, but that time came and went. 15min later they called, but after 1 ring they hung up. I called back right away and they said the supervisor had left 54 min. earlier. I said they had just called, but did not leave a message. Due to the poor customer service, we are returning the ION today and replacing it with another brand.

I got it for the wife and she loves it. It saves time in the day for her.
