Not sure why but my mother in law never even opened the box. It was a Christmas gift....here we are end of February and it’s still in the box. I don’t get it. Thought she’d love it. Maybe she would if she tried it. I have one and I love it. Once a month I have to do the corners where the shark can’t get but my house has never been cleaner,

Garbage vacuum, didnt make it a year and a half. Id spend a little extra for something better.

I run the vacuum daily and cannot believe how much dirt it picks up!!!! The only thing I don't like is that I'm constantly replacing the side brushes. I have lots of carpet and it's rough on the side brushes. If you're vacuuming a hardwood floor I don't think it would be an issue.

I picked this up on sale after wanting one for some time. We have a husky, two cats, and a toddler...the shark ion helps us make it just a couple more days before we have to actually grab the big vacuum. Only downside is that it tends to get stuck under some of the furniture so we can’t run it at night.

It’s better than I expect. The power for suction is so great. I feel that it’s better than R850. The censor at front of R750 is very accurate while the R850 is too sensitive. The R85 will stop working frequently even though there is nothing wrong. It’s just hectic the censor is too sensitive and warn it to stop cleaning too early. That’s really annoying for R859, Buy R750 will not have that problem.

Love this. Can program easily. Picks up dirt and dog fur easily.

The Shark ION Robot is a great vacuum cleaner for the money. It may not have some of the additional features of the Roomba, but it does have some advantages other than the great price. It holds more dirt in the canister. It is much quieter. It has 2 edge brushes which are very effective at cleaning near walls and feeding the main brush. My wife named it Sam. She is very happy! This makes me very happy!!!

The vacuum works well and I am enjoying it. The only thing I don't like is that it takes awhile to completely clean the floors if you have a large open space. The cleaning pattern seems to go all over the place, so I can sometimes get inpatient if I am watching it clean. :)

It works great! I use it every day, using the scheduled cleaning option. But this does a great job cleaning and it's amazing how much it picked up every day - we are a two dog family and it's WAY cleaner than cleaning once a week. (assuming you don't get busy and forget) It takes a little getting used to in making sure what needs to be picked up; basically lose clothing and the such that you may find on the floor.

I love this machine. It works great. I like being able to turn it on using the app. It has a long battery life which is surprising. It docks on its own when the battery is getting weak. I am pleasantly surprised by the fact that it works as advertised unlike some products.

I bought this for my wife, it does the job but can get hung up on objects easily and can miss many spots with the random path it travels. Overall, not bad though.

Having several indoor pets on hardwood floors I have a hair problem. Not anymore. I have my vacuum set up to run while I’m at work and come home to spotless floors everyday. It helps save me time from having to run my old vacuum every day and I love it. The bin is easy to remove and empty so it is ready for the next run. It works really well and I highly recommend you getting one.

This guy is amazing! We had it charge for a bit when we got it and then turned it on for maybe 10 minutes. We could not believe how much it picked up that we didn’t even know was there! My husband was in such disbelief, he asked me if it came with the dirt, hair, and dust already in it! Great price, great product! You will use it everyday, especially if you have an indoor dog!

It is quiet and easily programmed from my phone. The Shark does a great job!

My only complaint is it just randomly rooms around and it might be weeks before it covers certain areas of the floor. It doesn’t have any guidance software, it goes in a straight line until it bumps into something and changes directions.

Don’t get me wrong when it works it’s great, that’s when it works. It constantly stopping with errors and after 30 maybe 45 days of having I’m already taking it in to the geek squad to see what’s wrong with it bc it runs for maybe 20 seconds and stops telling me the brush is stuck but nothing is in the brush. I’m so disappointed in the purchase and even more disappointed that I can’t return it bc Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy:(
