Was hesitant at first because I wanted a dyson but am really impressed.

Very impressed with vacuum. Battery lasts long and does very good job.

My wife really liked the way the unit cleaned, but we could only get about 15 min. on battery life. I returned the unit and brought the same unit with a cord. Very happy with this unit.

Works great on small rugs and sucks up tracked kitty litter well.

Very convenient to have a wireless vacuum. However, DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE PETS THAT SHED! It gets clogged ALL THE TIME with my dog's fur.

If I try to run it on high power for more than a few minutes, it overheats and shuts itself down. I can't find any clogged filters or any reason for it. Hasn't held up well.

I love this little vacuum with one exception! Battery doesn’t hold a charge for crap! I can’t finish more than 2 rooms!

It is very clunky and doesn’t go under sofa, etc. I feel like every time I use it the battery goes dead.

The Shark IONFlex is a decent vacuum that would make a great addition to anyone's home. If you're looking for a lightweight, cordless vacuum, then this might be the one for you. It comes with multiple attachments so that you can use it as a handheld vacuum. The battery lasts long enough for me to clean a three bedroom house, and its flexibility is incredible. I'm able to reach all the way under my beds and furniture with this vacuum. Another great feature is that it takes up a very small footprint in your house when done. You just fold it up, and leave it in your closet until ready for next use. The battery is detachable, so you can charge it wherever an outlet is convenient. As great as this vacuum is, there are a couple of flaws. To begin, it's a little awkward when using it. I had a difficult time pulling the handle back to start using it without needing to press my foot on the head of the unit. A little frustrating, and it feels like I'm missing a lever to step on. During operation, the vacuum kind of goes off on its own. What I mean, is that the roller is able to pull the vacuum along. I was not used to this, as traditional vacuums are heavy enough that you need to push them to get them to move. However, on this Shark vacuum, you don't have to push at all. I'm not sure I like this very much, because now I'm fighting against the vacuum to go where I want. There are other annoyances, like how the manual says to use the handle to carry it... but it kind of bounces too much and I feel like I might break it just by moving it that way. I just carry it on the plastic rod part, where it seems the sturdiest. Overall, it's a decent vacuum. If you can work around its flaws, then the performance sure outshines them. I would definitely recommend this produce to my friends.

Great design, matches any competitor, or high end competitor for that matter. However, the product feel and assembly is average. Returned.

Had high hopes for this but the battery died in about 15 minutes and was pretty week sucking

This little vacuum is only small in size. It has more suction than any other vacuum I've used. After a thorough cleaning with an old vacuum, I pulled this thing out of the box and picked up WAY more dirt than I thought it was possible to in such a small space. I passed over the documentation, as I usually do, and just connected the parts in the way I thought it would logically go... my mother-in-law verified that I was correct in my assessment... easy so far. It came with a minimal charge, so I was only able to vacuum a small area (about 10x10), but the dustbin looked like I had done the several rooms. The head of this vacuum is much smaller than your standard vacuum, but it makes storage a breeze. The ability to bend the handle/hose down for storage and to get under low furniture is absolutely genius. After a full charge, the battery lasted much longer than expected. I don't know the full amount of time because the whole house (about 1400 square feet) had been completed. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
