Loving the adjustability. Can do my steps now without hassle. Battery runs about 20-25 mins. Good for small jobs or smaller living space.

Works well on carpet and tile floors. Works well as hand held for cars etc. Battery life could be better, but an upgrade battery is available.

First off, I received this vacuum as part of the Best Buy Tech insider program in exchange for my honest review. With that out ot the way, I have only used this shark vacuum for a couple of days, but I am very impressed with it function. If I could change 1 thing about it, it would be to somehow make the vacuum a little less top heavy. I don't know how I could do it, but if you leave the vacuum upright it will tend to fall over. Its easily fixed by folding the vacuum into its storage position (which is very easy to do), but it would be nice if the vacuum would stand up on its own during those times when you need to let it go and reach over to pick something up. As I mentioned, I have only used this vacuum for a couple of days, but I have 3 kids, ages 10. 7, and 5 and I was constantly sweeping up behind them on our hardwood floors. This vacuum is really nice when you need to clean up an area (hardwood or carpet). The vacuum will flex to allow you to get under tables, around corners and in other hard to reach spots. You can change from hardwood to carpet with just the push of a button, by the way. You can also change from full power to energy saving with the push of a button to save battery power if you aren't working on a heavily soiled area. The vacuum has 3 main parts. The floor unit, a middle section and the upper part which is the motor and comes off with the push of a button to become a hand held vacuum. The shark also comes with a number of attachments that can be stored for later use. I have found the shark to be easy to maneuver, light weight and the battery lasts a surprisingly long time. I have been happy with the shark in the short time I have had it and would have no issue recommending it to a friend.

The Shark IONFlex DuoClean is an amazing vacuum cleaner. Being a cordless vacuum is an excellent feature to have, but there is so much more. The IONFlex DuoClean has a bendable arm, which is useful for several reasons. First, it allows you to easily store or transport the vacuum, and it folds down to about 1/2 of its normal size. The second benefit to the bendable arm is that you can bend it so that you can easily reach under places like beds and dressers without having to bend over. It also features a dusting brush and an upholstery tool, allowing you to clean just about everything in your house. The charge on the unit is also excellent. I was able to vacuum my whole house, which is 2200 square feet, and then took it to my mom's house to show her, and were able to vacuum her whole place on the same charge. I was able to vacuum over 4000 square feet on a single charge. The last main benefit I found with the DuoClean is that it is so easy to vacuum stairs with, which makes my life so much easier.

I love this Vacuum. The strength to pick up dirt is great for a cordless vacuum. Definitely recommend it.

Unboxing and first set up: Wow this vacuum is very well packaged! Everything comes wrapped and in its own box. Setting it up was easy as well took everything out and plugged it all together. Put the battery to charge and I'm set! This is a perfect vacuum for a mid size house with carpet, seeing how fast the little trash bin gets full is shocking. Either my carpet is really dirty or this thing does it's job really well! Been using it for a few days now and I already threw away my old vacuum and am sticking with this bad boy. Well worth the price seeing how light, good suction, good build quality and very convenient to carry up stairs and walk around with. The accessories it comes with are very helpful to clean air ducts, stairs, and around the couch. Pros: Light weight compared to other bulky normal vacuums It has LEDS to light up where your vacuuming Good suction Compact Foldable Good accessories Not to loud Cons: Short battery life Trash bin gets full really quickly Update: The carpet clean attachment stopped working on me out of no where. I cleaned out the trash bin, took apart the toilet and that fixed it. Started working again, gave me a scare since it's still a new product.
