I'm loving this vacuum. I have a dog that sheds so this is perfect for cleaning my vinyl plank flooring and area rug. The app is easy to use and a great tool in scheduling cleaning days/times. The self emptying feature is definitely worth the upgrade. I'm glad I made the choice to do this model.

Does great with cleaning but the App is absolutely horrendous which is a huge part of having this vacuum since, with the app, you can schedule cleanings, make it clean, go back to the dock and create a map of the house. Well, the app would always say it couldn’t connect to the robot and I would have to set it up all over again. More than once it completely erased all the info including scheduled cleanings and robots name so I had to reconnect it AGAIN. Needless to say ir was returned and I will never buy a shark again.

I was a little hesitant at first about this vacuum due to the negative reviews but I’ve had this over a month and it collects some much dust and pet hair that I just can’t believe how much it really gets. It really is amazing how it maps out the house. I’ve had zero problems with this and absolutely love it.

I have a German Shepherd and a long haired cat so have been hesitant to consider robot vacuums as I would constantly need to empty. This one does that itself. And it has a good battery life to clean my whole downstairs. I have all hard surfaces, and this gets the hair. Wish it had an A program and B program so I could let it do it's magic upstairs too.

It mapped out my floor plan after 2-3 cycles pretty well. The app you download to work with it is pretty user friendly. Unfortunately the app can only map out one floor so if you have a 2 level house it can’t map out the second floor for the robot to familiarize itself with.

I have wanted a Shark Robot vacuum for a long time and now I have one that is efficient and easy to use and clean. I can operate it right from the app on my phone. It doesn't get any easier. Actually, I have two robot vacuums and have named them Robbie and Roberta.

Complete and total waste of money. You name it, this vacuum doesn’t do it. Had the vacuum for a month now and this is the short list of things that have happened: Lost WiFi connection (app wouldn’t recognize the vacuum and had to reset and reinstall) Vacuum gets stuck almost every time it vacuums. From getting stuck under a chair or table to closing itself in a room by trying to vacuum behind a door. Randomly doesn’t give you the option to vacuum certain rooms(the app is supposed to let you choose rooms or vacuum the entire house but it randomly doesn’t give you the option to choose and will just vacuum the entire house) Cleans the same room over and over again until the battery dies and has to recharge(at least 3 hours) When it does clean somewhat normal it takes almost 2 hours to clean the downstairs part of our house. It only takes us 10-15 minutes to do it with a normal standup vacuum. And finally we still have to use our normal vacuum to clean all the spots it either misses or doesn’t do a good job cleaning because the suction isn’t that strong. Save yourself a lot of money and aggravation and stay away from this product!!!

The interface app is easy to use and work well. The vacuum learns its routes easily and once its set up you hardly have to worry about it. Set up a schedule and let it do all the work.

Loving this vacuum. It does a great job. It is still learning the house. We names ours Jetson. Kids think it is interesting and they are glad they do not have to vacuum any more.

Best purchase ever! Would give 5 stars but it stops when too much dog hair gets in the roller. Have to clean the roller once a day. But other then that it’s life changing.

I had gotten one off of Amazon, but it didn’t seem to really clean. I love that this one charges itself and then continues in the place it left off. Setting up the map took a couple of days, but once it was done, and I was happy with the how it came out, it works amazingly. Love this little guy. My son named it Sharky.

...And I am pleasantly surprised. It's definitely reduced my time vacuuming my home by 70%. I have a dog that constantly sheds no matter how much I brush her. And this little vacuum does a great job of picking up all the dog fur that builds up daily. The self-emptying setting allows it to deposit the collected debris and it keeps on cleaning! I do bi-weekly maintenance on it and check to make sure there's no build up in the wheels and brushes to maintain maximum cleaning prowess. I have it cleaning my home every day. My major complaints about this robot vacuum are: -Sometimes it cleans in erratic patterns. Will undock itself to clean and only a small section of my home will be vacuumed. It definitely needs adequate lighting during cleaning times. -The boundary strips are also hit-or-miss. I would say 50% of the time, the vacuum with just push the boundary strips out of the way so I've just secured them in place with 3M tape on my flooring after frustratingly having to put them back in place many a time. I hope they implement a no-cleaning zone on their app soon. Other than that it is a great product.

Well as I promised here is my review on the Shark IQ bot. So much better that then any other bot vac I have used. I have tried 3 different ones 2 that is self cleaning. This bot goes in a back and forth motion not wondering around the house like it is lost. Does the whole house in a little over an hour. Other bots took 5-6 hours if they didn’t get stuck or stop for no reason. It collects very little hair on the brushes. The self empty part works great. When the collector is full you just pop it off hold it over trash and push a button. No bags to throw away or buy. I have not changed the filters yet so I can not speak about that but looks like it is easy. I did have a little trouble connecting it to my WiFi but customer service was great and we figured it out. They were in no way in a hurry to get you off the phone. We live in the country so our WiFi is from satellite and not very fast. But they stuck with me until it worked. A+ for customer service. It is also so much quieter than the others but does a better job. I have a dog that sheds a lot and it has no problem with pet hair. I would recommend this bot over all others.

Nice robot so far. Does force you to clean up a bit so that it can clean your floors, which is a good thing. Does get stuck on some cords and cables, so you'll want to get that up. Other wise works good

Regretfully, we had to return item. Too many furnishings did not allow any direct runs for the Shark Robot vacuum. Home is small. Did not even try to use to judge the efficiency.

I was a little hesitant to spend the money on a robot vaccum, but after doing a ton of research and a decent sale I picked this one up. I will never look back, I have 3 dogs and I run this three times a week. Works like a charm, have not had any issues at all. Next up a robot mop.

Best purchase I've made in a long time. This robot vacuum took over all the sweeping needed for my wood floors. It handles all of the dust and dog hair from my two dogs on a daily basis. Not silent but quiet enough that it doesn't disturb you while looking at tv or having a conversation.

Good purchase. It helps with keeping the floors clean in between manual manual vacuuming. Only negative is that the machine is pretty loud. Other than that it does what it is supposed to do.

Operates pretty well and easy to set up. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is because we have a large home all on one level. The iRobot seems to take much longer to get to know your home when there’ are many rooms and angles. We’ve had several issues with it correctly mapping out floor plan. I’ve had to delete the map 2 times. Hopefully, the third time is the charm. What rooms it does clean, it cleans well. My daughter has the same model and she loves it; however, her home is much smaller and she only uses it on the downstairs level. I think eventually it will get to know our home and it will be fine.

Overall I like the product. But it doesn't go to the room I select from the app. It will stay in one or two rooms instead. The app doesn't always connect and I have to restart it at times. Once in awhile it will cross over the tape that is supposed to create a boundary. I like the fact that I do not need to dump out the vacuum daily. It does help with keeping the house clean on a daily basis. I have to create a boundary from a whole room since it has a lot of issues going through the dining table and chairs.
