This vacuum has been great. I have a husky and it does a great job at keeping up with his hair. The self emptying feature is also a great addition. Two things that could use some improvements are the boundry system and mapping functionality. Using the strips for setting boundries is a bit of a hassle since you run out pretty quickly and need to get more. The mapping functionality could use some work as well as it took roughly 10 to 15 cleaning cycles if not more to get a solid house mapping. However, all that aside its a great budget robot vacuum with some premium features. I would strongly recommend this unit to anyone on the market for a robot vacuum

I have had several different robot vacuums. Everything from an roomba 500 series to a 960 series. This shark vacuum seems to work well. I really like the auto empty bin. I have to say I was a bit on the fence with this. Given the equivalent roomba is almost double the price. I have to say this shark vacuum work very well, and has met my expectations. With that said it does not seem to be constructed to the same quality specs a roomba. It is several pounds lighter than our 960 roomba. The shark app is terrible compared to the roomba app. It does work. Just not as smooth or as well in my opinion. I think this shark is a good value, and at this price point you can't go wrong buying it.

Best robot vaccum on the market. I have had several, and shark makes the best. The self empty feature is great, because i have large spaces and it needs to empty 3 times to complete an area. Other robots would just stop.

Pretty good little vaccum.. app can get glitchy & loses the map of our house fairly often but still does what its supposed to

The app is a little tricky. You’ll click return to dock and the vac just keeps cleaning instead of returning to its doc. Also, the app has no option to have the vac change directions.

Easy to set up, WIFI always stay connected, mapping is decent but not the greatest. Quite in normal mode, works well on hardwood floor.

It’s working great compared to the previous Shark edition I got rid of. The house mapping is taking a while. Overall I would recommend as it picks up stuff pretty well.

Nice unit, but the Neto product picked up debris better. Like the fact that it will empty itself, one advantage over some of the other units.

Had been considering a robot vacuum for our house for a while. Full ceramic tile throughout and we have a cat. This vacuum does an amazing job in picking up every bit of hair, dust and dirt. We are always amazed after a full run how much debris is collected in the bag less receptacle - an added bonus no bags required! A warning: it will take a few days and about 10 runs to map your space. It also helps if you pick up easily movable objects Such as baskets, pillows, stools And other small items so it can Map more quickly and clean more rapidly, as going around small obstacles Makes the robot go around the items in a more time’s consuming manner. Great product!

Love this Robot! Very thorough and fun to watch as it sometimes climbs over things to get into every nook and cranny. Love that it empties itself and I only have to empty the base every so often. Also love the app and that it messages me if the robot gets stuck somewhere.

Love this vacuum! Does a great job with dog hair (3 dogs) on hardwood and carpeting. Sometimes leaves little dog hair rats along the edges of rugs, but makes for easier clean up! Hasn't gotten clogged yet. Love the self emptying feature.

Way better than competitor iRobot. Picks up mote, has more suction, and don’t have to empty as often. Great for the end between days you don’t do full house cleaning.

Very useful product to clean your house. Con: Makes a lot of noise when is cleaning the floors, but other than that I like it.

Patience is needed to allow it to learn the cleaning area. It gets better as it goes. The self-empty feature is just what we're needed for our large, dog hair ladden downstairs.

Does a good job, but is a little noisy on my stone flooring. Also, it has run out of power several times before returning to its home base.

I love love love my Shark Bot!!! I can't believe what a huge help this little robot has been for us! I'm a full-time working mom of 3 boys plus a 70lb lab mix. Trying to Keep the floors clean was a full-time job itself. Not anymore, Thanks to my Shark Bot!!

Bought this to help mom with her house cleaning. This is the only vacuum robot that has a bag less base station. The Roomba have a bagged station that would fill up way to quick with pets in the house. This unit was able to navigate under the dining room table and through the chairs, under the couch and stop and turn around at the stairs. Pretty quite and after a few trips around the rooms it is supposed to map the floor plan and you can see the map on the app. I’ve not asked her how that is yet, but she loves it. Would recommend over the Roomba just for the bag less station. You’ll end up spending a fortune in bags.

This is a lifesaver. We love it. Having it empty itself is ideal when we go on vacations. It keeps the house very clean. The only thing is that I can't figure out how to stop it from cleaning multiple times a day. It is only scheduled to clean once.

This is the best purchase in a long time. We have two larger dogs-Shepard/lab mixes and it does fabulous. The only regret is not getting this sooner. The app on the iPhone is easy to set up a schedule and Sharky mapped out the entire area well.

Great vacuum! It works perfectly for dog hair while I'm at work. It was easy to order online and delivered quickly with no issues. I purchased another one a few weeks later for my downstairs floor cause it was so good.
