Great vacuum! It works perfectly for dog hair while I'm at work. It was easy to order online and delivered quickly with no issues. I purchased another one a few weeks later for my downstairs floor cause it was so good.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She said it’s great and that it would be 5 stars if it didn’t get confused once in a awhile.

We purchased this in May, for my mom, for Mother's Day. She is elderly and vacuuming was getting to be a challenge. She absolutely loves this and the self empty option is an added bonus as it allows for us to clean it during our visits.

This is our first Robot vacuum and I must admit it is fun to watch it clean !!! It really does a very good job. My dogs are scared of it and avoid it by jumping onto the couch and staring at it. Simply love how it is able to go clean itself when it is full.

Love this unit simply for the time it saves for general sweeping. I have three dogs and have to sweep my tile everyday, or more. I still do a deeper cleaning, it this makes my floors look better on a daily basis. Love the auto empty feature

This thing works....the ben design works great....so glad I don't have buy bags...the app for this thing blows....but other then that its great

this device was a good purchase, thank you for the great service and products. It does get stuck quite a bit but still works like a charm

Shark IQ robot cleans most of the things as advertised. We have shifted to vacuuming with more powerful vacuum cleaner to only once a month as compared to once a week after buying this product. The self emptying feature is very useful.

I don't know how I'd keep my house clean without this guy. My dog sheds like crazy and this device helps me so much. You can schedule dates and times to regularly clean, and also map out your house and select a certain area to focus on. I'll always have this now.

I have enjoyed my Shark IQ vacuum cleaner for the last couple of weeks. Not only does it go in straight lines rather than random directions, it actually goes onto my thick rug that my other vacuum would not go on. I also love the self emptying feature. So far so good!

I highly recommend it. Save time and clean very well, I followed the instructions to set borders and where I don’t want to clean and let map my apartment, after that anytime I want to vacuum just pick the cables and let her do the job.

Our floor plan is very "open" so it took awhile to find all the internal boundaries, runs great once that is done though. The one complaint we have is the Shark app, it always seems to shut down before we can get the interactive map to assign the room boundaries with labels. Without that feature enabled, you can't tell it to clean only certain rooms. Perhaps its because of my Samsung phone, it didn't say specified to Apple OS though. It offered same functionality as Roomba version with auto-empty station but smaller price drove our decision to buy.

After one day, three tests, so far, so good. Everything works as advertised. The Shark was very easy to set up. Establishing the WiFi connection took a couple of attempts, as it does with many like devices these days. I have a simple cleaning situation, around 1,000 sq ft, in a single-story townhome, no pets. I have a mix of carpet, hardwood and tiled floors. The Shark IQ transitions between all of these with ease. The obvious challenge is deciding which obstacles to either temporarily remove, or just allow the Shark to map. I am averse to laying a lot of "Bot Boundary" strips around, so I needed to isolate power cords, etc. After the first cleaning session, I eagerly searched for the map of my floor plan. It requires 10 cleaning sessions to successfully create the first map, and it will apparently update same with every cleaning.

Upgraded my iRobot for this Shark. It is much quieter than my previous iRobot. I like the way that it cleans in a pattern instead of bouncing around like the iRobot, plus it's mapping the house so that I could tell it where to go!! So far so good!!!

Had a little bit of trouble connecting to WiFi. Works wonderfully and is a little scary how much debris it actually picks up around the house. A much needed and must have for our high traffic home, especially with a dog that sheds.

The Shark robot vacuum is a unique tool to have and it will not replace the vacuum, vacuums. It is great for quick clean up so I can do other projects.

This was a gift for my mom who has mobility issues but is very adamant about a clean floor. She has enjoyed having a clean house without the physical work involved to get the job done. The app is easy to use even for those that are not so tech savvy.

The concept on TV looked great but when I got it home -- that's a different story. It took me an hour to get it to work with my wifi and the app that needs to be downloaded. It started in one room, did about a quarter of the room and then went to the next room where it did a partial cleanup and then went to another room and continued this way for 3 rooms. When it stopped, it did go back to the base. You must use the tape to cordon off where you do not want it to go and I forgot to put the tape down where my sliding glass doors were and it kept trying to jump into the door channel -- after I put the tape down it bypassed it the way it was supposed to. The TV ad shows it going up and down to finish a complete room but it did not do that for me and after about 15-20 minutes of use -- not making a sound -- it made a funny sound that sounded like marbles rolling around. I tried it again a second day and it did the same thing and never really cleaned a complete room and the marbles rolling around sound was still there so I returned it for a refund.

Less noise and u don't have to clean the filter every single use. I love that. But it makes so much noise when dumping the thrash..

Ok... Tried em all. Had numerous i-robots but with dog hair and sloppy seniors this is the best! They don’t make em much better. My shark goes weeks if not a month between changes with the dust collection system that nautical backs up every time my shark robot returns to its home station I don’t think you can find a better value out there! I’ve tried less expensive models and I tried more expensive models and for some reason the shark is the best that I have ever tried. Our our dog hair is it with the last expensive model and I had to dump them every other time and did the floor. However, With the $599 model I was totally amazed as you will be. Plus if you or your wife have a bad back and can’t do the repetitive motions of a vacuum cleaner this will definitely help you out!
