Does a great job. It will tend to get stuck in the beginning until you figure out where to place the exclusion zone strips.

Great vacuum that picks up dust, fuzz, dirt, and more! The app that connects to the Shark is great for whenever the Shark should turn on its own. I like how I can schedule cleanings. It is important to pick up big items or furniture from the floor to ensure it is not in the vacuum's way to clean. The vacuum will get stuck in certain areas around cables or items because it is good at picking up anything that can get suctioned.

I have a bad back and bad knees so i decided to try one of these. I have 2 goldens and they shed a lot. So I plugged it in, did some basic pick up of some clumps but did not do a full cleaning. This thing picked up all the dog hair. Once or twice I had to clean the brush but it was easy and I had a lot of dog hair around the house in clumps so I was very impressed. On a schedule when it is cleaning regularly it will not have an issue. I just bought it so I can't speak to longevity or anything like that yet but it does a great job with dog hair and it picked up some larger pieces of cardboard and paper that I thought would stall it.

Works great on hard floors, leaves some dog hair on carpets. Gets stuck on occasion but overall works well.

The best vacuum ever. It is so smart and misses nothing. I love it's pattern. It cleans so much better and runs so much longer than the other robot vacuums I had. And the self emptying is the best.

'Hazel' has become part of the family. She's good and we love the self-dumping feature. Easy to program

Have had this robot vacuum for a year now. Owned a iRobot vacuum prior and it worked fine but wanted to upgrade to a self-emptying type of vacuum. For less than half the price of a iRobot, I could not be happier with this vacuum. It runs every day on it's schedule and once a week we empty the trash bin and it's ready work again. Have had no issues with this vacuum and it's vacuuming pattern seems much more intuitive than that of the iRobot. The only con is the magnetic strips that we have to place in front of our sliding glass doors to keep it from getting stuck in the door tracks but for the price and quality of this vacuum, we can live with a strip in front of the door that you hardly even notice.

Great robot vacuum! Saves me so much work! Also love that it dumps its own dirt! It’s still new so it’s trying to figure out the mapping. I have two dogs so it’s really helping with all the dog hair!

Maps very quickly. Has great cliff sensors. I don't have to worry about it falling down stairs. I like that I can set it to run on a schedule. Would recommend and I got a great price.

Omg, why didn't we buy this sooner? My life just got better! My carpets are cleaned daily (huge benefit with 2 dogs) carpets look great and clean! Set the app to clean daily and done! Love this!

Does the job for day-to-day cleaning. Doesn't appear to be picking anything nup until you empty the dust bin.

We tried a Eufy one before but it never really seemed to work right. This Shark has been amazing and the fact it can run for 3 hours to do the house and empty itself as needed is amazing.

It’s very smart. It’s vacuums like a lawn mower on are hardwood floors. Very easy to use. And the App is very simple. Just wish it had a manual use to move the robot if needed.

Outstanding device with very good vacuum power. Handles various carpet piles with no problem.

Good product for me as I am out of town alot and my son doesn't clean the floors. Keeps the general dirt and mess up, but doesn't clean as well as I would. It also seems to continue to be learning my house and doesn't clean it all, still missing rooms and turns itself off on my doorstops. LOL Wouldn't recommend this for super-clean people, but does help with light duty cleaning.

This thing in incredible. It surprised me by how well it cleaned around the corners. I have it set to clean every morning before I wake up. It's especially nice since my dog sheds a lot.

Works well on open surfaces, not so good in corners of course. WiFi connection good, app not so good.

Really great smart vacuum. Happy with our purchase. It cleans our carpet and tile really well.

Great overall vacuum - does get stuck but rarely - does a good job at maintaining a generally clean floor - is a little loud.
