I have animals and can't vacuum anymore because of back issues. I was surprised at myself that I spent that much money but I daughter had one and it worked great, so I really indulged. I love it!

Excellent robotic vacuum with great features and empty bin. Does a great job at line by line going around and cleaning up instead of just aimlessly moving around rooms

Helps me try my best to keep the floors dog hair free. Easy to mop behind it. Does get a lot of build up of the dog hair around wheels and brush. Still not 100% on how to get it all off. Make sure you double check it is empty after EACH use, if not you will probably have to clean again. I wouldn't return it because it helps me, but I will not buy another one until the price drops a little.

After one month of owning this thing, I love it, keeps my wood floors and area rugs clear of pet hair and dust bunnies. I have had 2 other high end units before this and they were always getting stuck, cup always needing emptying and never returning to charging base. This thing never has a problem, love the mapping, scheduling and self emptying features. Just bought my second one with gift card from selling old tech. Only change is that I wish the cleaning brush was a little wider like the other brand.

It's inexpensive and it smRter than our old robot. Follows a pattern that gets it done Nd u don't need to buy bags like the leading brands. U just empty container and thYs it. It's great.

Works fantastic on hardwood floors as well as carpeted floors. Have 3 huge dogs so it takes a huge load off of my routine. Empties itself when full and resumes it's task.

So far so good haven’t had any huge problems it is a little louder than I like but ok

Talk about great unboxing. This was one of the easiest tech devices I've ever gotten up and running. It navigates like a pro around all of the obstacles in the house; even with dogs and children. It has only gotten stuck one time and it was due to the battery dying I believe. Still troubleshooting that incident, but it's not enough for me to take a star away. Integrates with Alexa very well. I can locate the bot, tell it to clean, or tell it to go back to the dock. It can be a little noisy, but not worse than what you'd expect.

First time owning a robot vacuum. This is one of the best purchases ever made for.our home. It does sucha great job, and we only have to empty it once a month!

We just purchased the Shark and it has worked very nicely each day since Xmas. It has been a nice addition with 2 dogs. Definitely a must have is the tower where the vacuum empties automatically.

I have a large, 3 piece sectional couch that almost forms a "U" shape with one end being a chaise section. The vacuum recognizes the outside edge is the chaise and spins around and immediately goes outside the couch and completely skips a 2"x4" section which makes the "inside" of the couch borders. Repeated efforts to run the vacuum and delete the map and nothing changes. It simply senses an edge and keeps moving forward, it won't circle back to find where it missed. I don't recommend the product unless you have wide open areas with few objects. My Samsung did a much better job of mapping.

We like our Shark-IQ robot vacuum and use it at least twice a week. No problems at all with it . It takes about 90 minutes to clean our 1600sq foot house with 4 indoor pets

Really works well, however make sure you follow the Directions for setup and making sure lights are in or it’s bright out when you first run the vacuum. It really helps map your house.

Well worth the money and great product. Don’t fool yourself with getting one of these with no tank base station to dump everything especially if you have pets.

THIS THING IS AMAZING. We have 2 golden retrievers that constantly kept clogging our vacuum and our previous robot vacuum. Their hair would always get caught on the roller then you would spend more time untangling then actually vacuuming. We had this going for about 2 weeks vacuuming everyday except saturday and sunday. When i looked at the roller it looked like it was almost brand new! It picks uo an amazing amount of hair and we can now walk barefoot on the floor for the first time in years. I loved it so much that i encouraged my brother to buy one and now he also loves it!

It works great on hardwood floors! It is quiet and the quality of the item is nice

Love this product...it’s like having a house cleaner everyday! Does a great job of maneuvering around things and gets under furniture to get all the dust. Highly recommend.

Cheaper and better than a Roomba. Love that it empties itself.

I have used/owned two other robot vacuums, both were IRobot. The Shark IQ Robot cleans so much better. It has a much better mapping system. I would buy it again in a heartbeat
