Love this, it works as described. Takes about 3 to 5 cleanings to learn your house but once it does, it goes about its way. I set a daily schedule and let it work.

Well some may get the reference we are enjoying our Shark IQ. At first it is a bit clumsy learning all of the nooks and furniture but as it maps it starts to be very accurate in navigating through and under places. We know under the bed is the cleanest it’s ever been. It goes on hardwood to rug or carpet easy although sometimes a rug give it a challenge but figures out how to get free or send a message for help. Overall we love our new maid HAZEL! It’s not cheap in cost but neither is the time to vacuum ourselves.

I love this Vacuum. I've had this for 6 months. I said I would never get an automatic vacuum, but when we put hardwood floors down, I had to give it a try. This works well. It will pick up little things at times, where I need to stop it and clean out what it has picked up, but it doesn't happen too often. I like how it cleans in lines, instead of triangles. I bought my mom a robot vacuum and it was painful to watch it clean her floors because of the seamingly unorganized way it cleaned the floor. This is a great product.

Excellent robot vacuum!!! We previously had a different brand of robot, but changed to the Shark. It is more efficient, cleans better and maps your home correctly.

I don't know how accurate the mapping is but overall it's still a really good product.

Does the job expected not always making the most sense but it gets it done.

Had this for a year, love it. Physically unable to push a heavy vacuum around, this works great in between visits from cleaning lady.

Love this robot...first one I've ever purchase and worth every dollar! We have hard floors, an open floor plan but with kids and animals constantly running amuck, this vacuum still gets the job done. Oh, and he cleans himself! We have long and short hair dogs (4 to be exact), 3 older boys, and we live out in the country so there is plenty of dirt constantly being tracked into the house. We have literally put this vacuum thru Hell and back and he's still going strong. I would definitely buy another one!

I already owned a shark, when we bought our new house, i wanted to upgrade to this model. I have 3 dogs anf this does a wonderful job

I had a roomba and this does the same work for less. Easy to use and clean.

I'd have to say I'm not impressed with this $500 vac. Yes, it vacuums and the difference before/after is noticeable. But beyond that, all the bells and whistles that drive the price up generally do not work. While it's supposed to it won't: 1. vacuum a designated area in the "map" it builds. 2. it won't return to the charging station when requested It also has this weird habit of starting a vacuum but returning to the charging station with 60% of it's battery. This makes a quick vacuum impossible as it'll then wait to charge up to 100% to start again. It also tends to do the same room twice. All in all, the concept is very handy and much better than hauling out the central vac hose but there's probably a product that executes better.

I did an extensive research before buying the Shark IQ Robot and this is the best robot vacuum in its category without questions. It works great around the house!

I can't clean certain spots of Mu apartment like under the bed, tables, couch etc .... Aging should take it serious ....I did! This is the best item for me ! Thanks!!

Works great. More powerful than you would think. Nice that it has 3 different power modes. The self-emptying is really nice to have. Lots of filters.

Works great, follows the schedule exactly with minimal issues. Does get stuck from time to time but sends you a notification letting you know it needs help.

This has been a game changer. I have 2 dogs and a cat and could not keep up with the dirt and hair. I was sweeping and mopping daily. I went through a swiffer and a bissel crosswave before buying the shark and its the only thing that has made a difference so i don't have to sweep and mop every day twice a day. I loved it so much i bought this as a 2nd one for the lower level of our home. Doesn't get lost or stuck easily, doesn't get tangled from long dog or human hair. It does exactly what you hoped it would do

Nice to have in the house, however, requires some attention since it gets stuck.

With 3 dogs and 2 cats I was having to vacuum daily after working all day. Now I just tell my shark to do it. It does a fantastic job. I love it

It's a good vaccum and I like that I dont have to always empty the waste bin

I have been an irobot person for over a decade, but this badboy is awesome. I love that I don't have to empty it often since it's docking station empties him.
