Works great use my phone I could tell it when whenever to run. picks up cat hair the roller does not get tangled up with it and all it's a great vacuum cleaner. Yes

I bought a Samsung and had nothing but trouble, I love my Shark, especially with the self emptying tank. I hardly have to even think about this vacuum.

Say good bye to irobot. I have many generations of irobot and this is hands down an improvement. I have had it a month and it is going strong.

Great Robot I call it Berta does the job. I don't use the app its too busy for me. I just hit the button and walk away.

Really happy with my Shark IQ. It does a fantastic job cleaning the floor and working methodically through the room so that it covers the whole floor. Some reviewers thought it was a little noisy but I didn't think so. Of course I would not run it while trying to watch TV but you can easily carry on a conversation with another person in the same room. I do have tile and hardwood floors that the Shark is being used on so that may be something to be aware of if your situation differs. Very satisfied.

I was looking at the Roomba version of this which runs around $1000, I found the Shark version at Best Buy for about half of the price. I absolutely love it!! I used to vacuum EVERY DAY and sweep EVERY DAY, with this I no longer have to!! Plus it will empty itself into the base and notify you when the bin needs to be emptied. Plus you don't have to buy special bags for this like you do the Roomba, this just opens directly into your garbage container. Plus the Wi-Fi connection is great because I can monitor it where ever I go. Definitely recommend this to anyone!!

Love it! Literally empty it every two weeks, I do live on my own and have a small apartment but this thing keeps my place spotless

Love this robot so much we bought another one for upstairs too! This thing has changed my life so much. I have cats and a dog that sheds like crazy. It was so hard to sweep every day under the chairs and table. This robot vacuums every morning for me and it sucks up so much dirt and hair! You wouldn't believe how much dirt and hair there is every day! I can now focus on cleaning other things and there isn't dust flying around from the broom!

This is a good vacuum for single floor homes. I have hardwood floors and it does a great job cleaning them. I will caution that even though it's supposed to avoid things it doesn't all the time. The sensors just appear to pick up couches and walls. It will still run over/into other things a lot.

We can wake up to a clean downstairs floor every morning. When a mess is made in a room, it can be cleaned up just by pushing a couple of buttons.

BEST PURCHASE EVER!!!! This is the best robot vacuum that we have had yet...and it self empties and returns where it left off!!!

2/5 stars is really pushing it. For $500 this thing has been as bad as the dirt it leaves on the floor. It will get stuck on anything and everything. Small lips, under the dining room table, you name it. Incredibly dissatisfied with it. The only positive is it does manage to pick up dirt when not getting stuck somewhere. It is meant to “map” your house after a number of uses. Not once has it ever found it’s way back to the dock. I always have to pick it up and carry it back. If not docked perfectly then it doesn’t charge. If it doesn’t charge then it will lose WiFi connection. Has a moderate difficulty with setting up. Especially when you have to do it often.

We replaced our iRoomba with this Shark vac. We prefer the method of the Shark vs the erratic cross pattern of the iRoomba. This unit, also has gotten stuck about 75% less then both our previous iRoomba and Samsung unit. The self empty bag is very handy and is easy to use. We love this model compared to the rest!
