Upgraded from a Samsung robot vac. The Samsung was a huge disappointment, but this one is great.

Perfect to a quick use and pets hair catcher, but this is not to replace normal cleaning just for help keep up.

I really like this robot, I had to replace my first one it stopped working one day, it was stuck saying “too close to a cliff” even though it wasn’t. The company replaced it and it has been working great. I have 5 dogs and it picks up a ton of hair!

Works great, but needs wide open spaces. Gets stuck every now and then but does not get hair jammed in the roller which is amazing!

I bought this to replace my roomba 600 series that finally died. The only reason I have a robot vacuum is to keep up with the copious about of hair that my husky losses by the minute..... the roomba did an excellent job at this so long as it ran everyday. This unit has a far superior cleaning pattern compared to the roomba, it gets everything even if it missed it on the first pass and the map feature is great if I need it to do a quick clean in one room. Now, here is where the problems lie. It doesn't have a sensor to tell it that its ridiculously small bin if full, this was supposedly not an issue as it would return to the dock to empty the bin about a half hour into its runs. At some point it decided that wasn't necessary anymore and stopped doing that. So now what was a self emptying robot needs to be manually empty at least twice per run or it shuts down due to the bin being so full it interferes with the brush. I work from home at the moment so I can take care of this but once I return to the office this thing will be useless on its own. Unlike the roomba, if something caused it to stop while I was at work I could come home and fix the problem and send it on its way to finish the job.... not this thing it will completely die even though it's not running and have to be ferried back to its dock to charge leaving the job undone. The roomba would go two days without needing to be emptied. All in all this is a huge disappointment, I really wish I waited for the roomba i7 plus to come back in stock (it was out of stock everywhere when I bought this). Pros Super quiet, we hated being around when the old roomba would run because it was so loud. With the shark, we can watch TV at a normal volume no problem. Map feature is nice when you need a single room clean. Pattern is great and it doesn't miss much Cons Not a self emptying vacuum as advertised. Extremely small dust bin that needs to be dumped constantly to keep it running. Will completely die waiting for a error to be cleared during a run if you are not home to take care of it. Intermittent loss of dock location, which it will then plow into while cleaning and possibly never find to return to charge.

Works perfectly. Travertine, wood, shag rugs. No problem. Bought one for upstairs and downstairs.

Bought this vacuum to make my life easier. Works well but long human hair still gets caught up in the rollers.

I loved the performance of this vacuum. It was shockingly good on carpets and amazing on hardwood. Idk if its the android app or the vacuum, but the app for it is 100% horrid along with its mapping. It constantly lagged in the app and would not listen whatsoever to cleaning any "specific" rooms. It would clean the kitchen 4 times before it went onto others sometimes. Sometimes it would just ignore the kitchen to, really made no sense. To get it to return to the dock I had to push the button on it because the app just wouldn't work for that. Its to bad because it does work amazing.
