I'm amazed with this vacuum it really cleans our hard floor and carpets. The program is great and works well.

It never got out of my dining room. A table base and 4 chairs were more than it could handle. After 45 minutes I hit the return to base button and it took 30 minutes to navigate back through the same chairs. I also had the self clean feature fail. I have a German Shepard and the fur filled the chamber on the robot so full that the self empty did not function. It’s a solid well made unit, it’s programming is terrible. It’s navigation and room plotting feature is terrible. Unfortunately the next unit up by a competitor costs more than twice as much. I returned the unit for refund and will wait until Roomba I7 is on sale.

The vaccum is great and the self cleaning tank is beyond handy. I would say the vaccums performance exceeds most other vaccums. Sadly, the mapping is terrible. I have run this thing over and over and reset the map 3 times and have yet to get it to map my entire house. It does 3 rooms and thinks it's done. If you have a very small house or apartment I'm sure this would be great but it is a complete waste for those with larger houses.

This Shark vaccum is awesome! The self empty is the best, couldn't imagine any other way.

Shark robots have worked well for us. This one is more 'intelligent" than other models, and methodically works to keep entire floor clean. it is a bit loud, when cleaning and more so when docking and emptying bin We would buy another one and we would recommend this model.

I was not a big fan of this product. ones I got this at home its really good. makes my wife job work done faster.

Shark robot is awesome. Easy to schedule cleaning. It’s very easy to clean out dust, etc. Runs great.

The hardware was about average. It would pick up the normal daily messes. The robot could easily get under chairs and other furniture without issue. In my house this robot was used on hardwood only, so I cannot give feedback on carpet or rug performance. So now for why I returned this, the mobile software is the worst. The feature to exclude an area like a Christmas Tree, does not work. The robot would daily attack the Christmas tree and the skirt even with the software set up to exclude a 10 foot square around the tree. The feature to pick one room to vacuum does not work. The robot would do whatever it wanted when you selected one room to vacuum. Overall, the hardware was average to good, the software killed it for me.

Does a great job. Just have to pick up clutter. Forces the kid to pick up stuff off the floor. :)

My mom loves that this thing will vacuum by itself and that you can set it to different settings.

I was hoping to use this for all the vacuuming needs but it's really best for maintenance cleanings between deep cleanings. Needs to clean the room several times before it seems to lean the space and do it in a somewhat logical manner.

This is perfect for our family! With a new baby, sweeping is the last thing I want to do so this vacuum is great!
