Works great! It’s programmed to vacuum my home daily! Easy set up with the app

Absolutely love my Shark IQ-self empty robot vacuum. My downstairs is all tile and this vacuum keeps it clean. Rarely gets stuck on a rug here or there but not often. I empty it every couple weeks snd it’s amazing how much dusts and hair it gets up. I’ve cleaned out yge dust cup a couple times in about 6 months but it’s very low maintenance. Would definitely buy again if domething happened to this one.

Very thorough! We were hesitant to go with a robot vacuum because we were afraid it wouldn’t get every little nook and cranny, but it’s quite the opposite! I never feel worried that I’ll have to follow behind it cleaning up what it leaves behind. We reset our internet password and one point and had to repair the vacuum and that took a while to figure out, but I don’t see running into that problem again.

I originally thought the Robot I was the vacuume for our house. We have a jack russell and she sheds like no body's business. I knew I wanted to robot that was programable and when the Shark IQ went on sale I decided to try it. I have have programed the shark to run every two days and it has performed beyond my expectations. I love my shark and glad I bought this particular model.

It nice product. But just wish it was a little cheaper. It does a good job cleaning.

My wife has been highly disappointed with this product as it was something she wanted for a long time. The charging base and robot do not line up and I have to put something on the robot to have it make contact. Then it has gotten stuck number amounts of time under the lip of the couch and kitchen chair. Now the little plastic window in the back has broken. If anyone from shark is out to help it would be greatly appreciated. Dissatisfied customer

Great for people who have pets and is super easy to use and clean

We bought this primarily because our large kitchen doesn’t need mopping often, but pet hair and crumbs accumulate quickly. This unit is low-profile enough to get under the cabinets in the kickboard area, which is where a lot of stuff accumulated. It does a great job with just a single command and keeps the floor looking great. Wet mops like a swiffer only push the hair around but this vacuum gets it all in the first shot.

We just recently unpacked the IQ Robot out of the box, so it could charge itself up, to give it a test run. The more times that you run it to vacuum, the more it is supposed to learn it’s way around your house and furniture, to do the job of vacuuming for you. This particular vacuum even includes boundary tape to prevent it from going places you want it to avoid going to. You can even schedule times for it to vacuum, 7 days a week.

I live in a 850 sq ft flat. This vacuum is sent from heaven above! I have all hard wood Floors with a couple area rugs, it goes over them with a breeze. I also have a husky who is always shedding. The shark does such a great job getting all the hair and dusty off the ground. There’s no gritty feeling like after a normal vacuum or sweep! 10/10 would buy another one if I needed!

I have 5 dogs, need I say more. Sometimes it gets caught up in wires, but otherwise it is a 10.

We didn’t have enough open space to put it. The robot needed 3’ open space on each side and 5’ in the front. We have a dog and cat and neither of them liked the noise, so we had to return it.

Doesn't work as well as we thought it would. We have a few dogs and the vacuum gets clogged pretty often. Unfortunate because we were pretty hopeful this would work well, but it just works okay.

Knock on wood I haven't had any problems with the vacuum's app. That was the biggest complaint I read while reading the reviews for the vacuum. The vacuum is still working its way around the house. Don't have a complete map of our house yet. I run it every other day. A little noisy. But overall a great purchase.
