I have very bad dust allergies and this amazing toy like I like to call it. Is great with picking dust and dog hair under coach and beds. I put it to work after I leave to work and when I get home. It is amazing. It has helped me a lot with my allergies.

Its great and convenient when working well. I've been getting frequent error codes that something under the robot.

So I got this Shark robot vacuum because, well, I have 3 German Shepherds and the hair and dust they track in is utterly impossible to keep up with. The vacuum works ok on dust and SOME hair, but gets overwhelmed fast. It tracks nicely though, and helps, just isn't as amazing as I thought it would be. If you have small dogs and not a lot of dirt being tracked in I'm sure this would be your favorite tool in the shed, bit for long or excessive dog hair it's hard to love it

I like how it maps the areas but the brush’s could sweep a little faster, even if you adjust the speed the brush’s only go so fast

Love having to only empty the dust bin never have to touch the vacuum. It works quietly and efficiently and docks itself perfectly. We are a two dog house and usually run it every day but even if we skip a day it still does a great job!

Not sure this is common but it is extremely loud while it is vacuuming. It does good on the vacuum part though.

The rollers are perfect.... no more spending hours trying to remove wrapped around hair. The self emptying tank holds a lot so I don’t have to worry about emptying it. With the app I’m able to schedule the house to be vacuumed while I’m sleeping.

After following robot vacuums online for years, and reading numerous reviews, I finally purchased the Shark-IQ self-emptying XL RV1001AE. Unfortunately, it has not lived up to my expectations. I had several concerns that prompted me to return the device. First, the mapping is extraordinarily slow. In fact, so slow that I gave up before it was completed. Up to 40 cleaning cycles are apparently needed to complete the map. In my house, it took over 10 hours (including recharging) to complete a single cycle. Furthermore, the bot got stuck on the legs of our kitchen chairs (they are u-shaped about 3/4" high) as well as between the dresser and the wall in the bedroom. Putting down the strips to block that area is not an option because the dog chews them up. Second, we have a small dog who was intrigued by the bot and kept "pawing" at it, thereby affecting its function. Finally, the amount of dirt and pet hair it collected during the cleaning cycle was ok, but not great compared to the upright Shark vacuum we have. Overall, at least for our house, we are not ready for a robot vacuum.

Works great! I had a hard time finding a place in my house for the recommended clearances around the base station.

This is a stylish and effective alternative to much pricier Roomba. It works just as well (as best as I could tell -- I had an older Roomba model) with a decent and smart app. And I love that it self cleans. The scheduling makes life easier, too.

It takes a few passes to map your house. Great vacuum to get the surface dirt. I would purchase again.

Solid..Nice product that works pretty well once it maps out your whole home. Impress how it went over my 2in area rug.

I live in a small apartment and it’s been almost a month and it still can’t get the map of my apartment done right. It does a good job of cleaning but has also disconnected from the wifi and it was difficult getting it to connect again. It gets the job done and replacement parts are cheap. Still would not recommend due to the price of the robot itself.

i havent use it much but so far its doing good. it does take time to map the area correctly... it went over the barrier that supposed to stop it from going over. it gives me error that i dont understand... got lost and cant find its home one time but that was due to the error... it works now once it got reintroduce to its home. it does its job but sometimes it takes few times to get rid of small debris/dust... wish that it has more brush.

Coming home to a clean floor!!! This is the best, I have a mastiff and hair is every where until my shark runs. I do have to clean it a little more than I like, but that is my dogs fault. I would buy this product again

Everyone loves her but the dog. Every morning at 9am she begins her 2 hour journey to vacuum . Does a great job and the dog is getting use to it. Also the 3 yr old grandson scoots behind Ms Sharpa to pretend to clean behind her.

I love this vaccume. I'm giving 4 as I couldn't connect it to the internet but other than that it's cute!

it works good. wish it mapped two floors and sometimes does not go to the rooms you tell it to go to.

This cleaning robot it’s just perfect. The setup was easy to make. It cleans every corner of the house. It goes side by side and using the app you can schedule when to clean and also have the map of your house in it.
