Great product, I recommended to anyone who may be looking for a dependable item

I was excited to get this vacuum since the dustbin doesn't require any bags. But this robot isn't as smart as other ones I've used, such as Roborock S6 or EcoVacs Ozmo T8. I ended up returning it.

works well, just as described. the catch attachment is just what we needed with a dog.

I have both Roomba and Shark. By comparison, the Shark isn't even close when it comes to vacuuming carpet. It is good for solid floors only. Not enough suction to clean carpets thoroughly.

Machine works great way better than Expected. Would highly recommend it.

This is constant with cliff sensors not working, wipe clean and begin again. I can't begin to tell how many times it goes to start and then won't because of this. They give you a magnetic step to block where you don't want it to go. There is nothing to keep it in place so the shark just pushed it around. I stuck it down with 3m stuff. Now a few times a week the error code tells me it's stuck on its own strip. I have the shark run every day at noon. It does not pick up fur very well at all. We have and aussie, it just pushes the fur around into weird clumps. It can drive directly over lint or whatnot and it won't pick it up or even move it along the floor. It had 3 modes and works best at my house in high. However I can not set it to run on high all the time. I have to be present when the shark starts to change it to this setting every single run. No hair rap is an absolute joke with this thing I clean the beater bar every day. 2 daughters and I have long hair plus the dog this vac is completely unable to handle. This also sends me a lot of alerts about the dust cup being missing. It locks into place only one way and fairly easy so it can't go back wrong, however I have to take it in and out and then it runs fine. I don't do anything diffrent, everything seems cleaned out properly so I'm not sure how to fix this either. Mine cleans itself out after every run but it doesn't always do this well prompting and error code and then I have to empty everything out for it to run again. I have an upright vac, just thought that with the dog and such it would be nice to have this as everyday maintaining but I spend more time monkeying with it then its worth. I might as well just take the 5 minutes to run my other vacuum and be done with.

We returned the Shark because it just seemed to be more trouble than just to do it manually.

Buying one of these for my parents next! We are very happy with this purchase.

This is a great product cleans well and learns the house floor plan within a week.

Works and does what they say on television I would recommend it, but it is a bit pricey !!!

I love this vacuum not sure how we ever did it without one. The mapping technology is awesome

Great way to keep the house clean. Makes it super cool being able to start it from the phone.
