    The 2nd time we had it clean one of the brushes stopped spinning. We bought the geek squad protection so will be returning it to get a new one

    The map seems incorrect and it is not easy to try and correct it. It easily gets stuck and struggles to clean rugs. Notifications don't come up unless I go inside app

    It was great while it worked. You do have to pre clean and pick up any toys or things on the floor if you have kids or pets. suddenly one day about 2 months ago (little over a year after purchasing) it misteriously turned off and never turned on again... just off warranty too. Tried charging it cleaning it. And charging again. The stand still works but the vaccum doesnt. For the price it should last more than a year. Would not buy again

    The vacuum does struggle with mapping as others have commented. Overall it is a good value but you will still need to use an upright vacuum from time to time.
