    The robot will disconnect and won’t reconnect. Called customer service and the only thing that worked was deleting the app and all the robot information but then it disconnected and won’t reconnect. When this happens you lose all the mapping information and have to restart every time. The map in the app does NOT work. You click map and then it’s closes out. After looking for a solution many people have this problem since it came out and there is no solution! I will be returning it.

    Best on hardwoods not carpet. Has trouble getting over 1.5 inch room dividers. Can lie it beats having to sweep everyday house stays cleaner because of it.

    Does a wonderful job picking up things. Carpet looks good. Vacuum still doesn’t map well, gets randomly stuck, and seems to run a long time.
