Awesome product. Worked very well on the hardwood.

It is great for bare floors but not so great on really good carpet , I would not recommend for home with much furniture and heavy carpet.

It is a robot vacuum that I expected more from Shark. Their cordless vacuum is a great product. I bought 3 of them one for each floor of my home. I was going to try this on the downstairs 1st and if it worked, I was going to get 1 for each floor. It does not know when it is full only every 30 minutes does it return to dock and empty. Is no multiple scheduled options. No remote so remote in app. And communication between phone app and device is extremely hesitant at least 15 to 20 seconds. We have excellent Wi-Fi. Our home is a certified smart home you can get our Wi-Fi down the street if you would like and had the password so it's not the connection. I had Geek Squad come restarted and set it up after I did. Just to make sure it wasn't an error I was making. Same thing. I have viewed other robotic vacuums that are much more advanced and I just feel like shark phoned this one in.

I purchased this for a Christmas gift. Christmas has not arrived yet, so I do not have a review ready to give.

Love my new vacuum. It makes cleaning much easier.

it works great on hard floors but not well on rugs. We have to use our regular vaccuum for the rugs as this machine does not do a good job.

Don't buy, unless you only have hardwood. Despite the reviews of certain YouTubers, even the easiest to reach surface level dirt/debris on carpet are not picked up. The app and features are nice, but the cleaning prowess is lacking. Also does not have no go lines, which were promised a while ago. I would save up for a Roomba i7+. Was decent with hair, when it picked it up.

Error...Error...Error. I think I am hearing this Shark Vacuum in my sleep with how often I have heard this thing say error. Which is very unfortunate as I have had Shark standup vacuums for the last 7 years and have really been impressed with them. So when I was given the opportunity to review their robotic vacuum, I was all for it. The Vacuum comes packaged well, the quick start instructions aren't bad and will get you up and running quickly. The quick start instructions don't include a lot of details and relies on the app to fill you in. Set up was simple. The docking position of the robot in the self emptying dock is pretty forgiving, charging of the robot is quick, and in theory, your first cleaning run can be done fairly quickly. Once running, this vacuum is the noisiest I have heard, wanders around like it is dizzy, and for the noise doesn't appear to have the greatest suction. To my disappointment, the first 3 runs didn't even see the robot leave the dining room that it was docked in. It spent about 45 minutes being lost in the dining room, returned to the dock, and said it was done. The doorway to the dining room is approximately 5 foot wide, so its not like its trapped. On the first run it made it out of the dining room, it ramped itself up the leg of a barstool and said that it was on an uneven surface. This is an error you will hear a lot. I went nearly 20 runs with this vacuum without getting a clean run. But even at the end of this run, when attempting to self empty a hair tie that it picked up blocked the bin door of the vacuum. Second run where it found its way back to the dock, the self emptying bin was stuck on a single fruit snack my daughter had dropped. Both reasonably sized items that I vacuum will pick up regularly. Also, the mapping system took about 17 runs and a software update to appear. I really want this vacuum to work. I want it to work well. I really like the Shark brand. But this vacuum has been a disappointment. I took special care to prepare the home for this vacuum. I made sure the vacuum had clear paths, that the dock had ample room, and the instructions were followed to the letter. Unfortunately, this vacuum does not succeed in the areas for why someone would buy a robotic vacuum.

Great addition to home. I did not realize that this model does not have the capability to clean with preset map

not bad. have to make sure no large objects are in the pathway as it causes an obstruction.

Cannot get WiFi setting to work… very clumsy and only good for open rooms… scratch
