did not like this vacuum. i returned it after trying it a few days. ran into everything. wanted you to lay out these strips so it wouldn't go in that area

Not picking up everything from the floor, get stuck, keep returning to base and restarting again at different times. Had a cheaper version of roomba before and was much more happier.

Unit stopped working less than 60 days from purchase. Shark tried troubleshooting with no success. Best Buy will not allow return of defective item therefore I have a $540 dead piece of equipment. Shark has been of no help in defective item as well and numerous phone calls. Lesson learned.

I thought they had designed it for high carpets too, but it got stuck all the time, and it also stayed in one place and didn't walk in the other spaces

It gets stuck everytime. I tried calling customer service with no luck. Googling how to fix issues is complicated. I returned it and bought a roomba

Very loud and not cleaning all the Rooms and always getting stuck i wouldn't recommend this product im going to try another brand

I really wanted to like this for the price, but it wild NOT successfully map the room. If this feature is important, don’t waste your time with this and go straight for Roomba’s technology.

Disappointed it keeps losing the vacuum or it gets get stuck, by the time i realize it missing the batterie's are dead...

Shark IQ Robot is our first robotic vacuum, and I love it! We have three dogs, so we scheduled the Shark IQ to run five days a week, and we vacuum with the traditional vacuum cleaner the other two days, to get a deeper cleaning of the carpeted areas. Set up was super easy. It took a few days to map out our floorplan, and now we can schedule specific to rooms. I love the app- where I can set up or change schedules, locate the Shark IQ, or send it back to the dock. Even with the fair amount of dog hair it picks up, we can go about two weeks before emptying the canister. It's excellent when it needs to it will go back home (the docking station) and empty itself, then get back to work. I feel my home is cleaner now that we have daily vacuuming and the effort on my part is much less! If you want to run it at night, you have to leave the lights on. So, we run it mid-afternoon. It makes a bit too much noise to have it running while we watch TV in the evening (the only downside I found). I would recommend this machine to others.

Bought this around Xmas and figured I would give it a try. I had a neato and loved it and after a few years it finally crapped out. I switched to the shark because it had pretty solid reviews and the price was decent. Should have bought another Neato! it can't handle small dog food on the ground and has weak suction power. Now we have an error that there seems to be no consistent fix to. Error #2. I would keep your money and get a neato.

I was excited tontry this but after a couple of months i have to call geeksquad to get it fixed stick to roomba.

It sucked, didn’t do what it was supposed to do....... kept running into furniture and going in circles

Dont waste your money on it if you have shedding dogs in house. It's terrible. Even cannot swipe the laminate floor good enough.

Very disappointed hoping it would be a good addition to my home it proved me wrong. Cleans ok but Mapping the house not very good . Would no go through The whole house only specific areas of its choosing. Did my research and opted for the Neato d 6 . Mapped my house on one try. Just make sure there are no obstacles for it to get stuck. Only drawback it doesn’t have a bin like the shark. You can also draw no go lines which is great.

Returned this right away, had trouble getting it set up and connected. Really disappointed.

Would not hook up to wifi, only would go in one line, didn't pick up anything.

Does not go up and down. It is all over the place and dog hair gets clogged I have to clean it out.

Had to turn it up to highest suction for it to pick up any dog hair and then it began to have to stop in the middle to recharge. Then it stopped recharging, and when contacting the company, having a big hassle to get them to stand behind the product. Have had it for less than a month. Probably going to take it back to Best Buy for a refund.

Good if you run it with plenty of light out and takes a while to fully map your house when it does map it

Was it the Best Buy? I think not. It was in fact the worst buy. Every single vacuum cleaner that I have owned has worked better than this garbage. Dog hair on the rug? It’ll be there until you decide to remove it yourself. Want to pay an extravagant price for a vacuum and do all the actual work behind it? Then this is the vacuum for you.
